My experience at this location has always been quick and efficient, especially when it comes to dealing with Louisa who’s the manager at this location she is awesome, she genuinely cares for clients remembers personal details. It’s always a smooth great interaction as a returning customer.

So their is a nice lady named Louisa who normally works at the downtown location. One day a new employee didn’t show up for work and miss Louisa came in on her day off, with her granddaughter in tow to boot. Secondly at the north end location they were having problems with their cheque scanning equipment. As it happens Louisa was there that day too and trouble shot the problem saving me a trip to another location, long story short this woman deserves a raise!

This is an amazing store with some amazing csr always ready to help you with right information and quick services. I always visit this store for pay day loans and western union services and I have always left happy and satisfied.

The manager Karishma of this location is a lovely lady, I’m never in there for longer then 15 minutes and they are always friendly. Haven’t had a bad experience with any staff member from this location

This store is amazing, they are extremely helpful and detail oriented. I was was in need of some cash during Christmas and when i visited this store they offered me some great loan products. I went to the store to receive money. Monica helped me with the process. It was a quick and hassle free service.

Been using this business for the last 10 years without any real problems but yesterday I went in to take a pay day loan and was told my account was locked but that I could take an installment loan. I have already used the installment loans in the past and wasn't pleased and paid it off in full, when I asked why was my account locked she couldn't give me an answer i phone the head office left a message and haven't received a reply yet.
I know it has only been a day but FFS I dont use pay day loans unless I'm in a bind I have been a very long time customer in good standings and I've never faulted on paying off a loan.
What angers me is not only that I couldn't take a loan out but wasn't even told why.well 10 years of business down the drain I will never use this company again.update it's been a week and still no response.

This place is horrible! They call and harrass you to remind you that you owe them money before the payment is even due! I've asked politely to be removed from the harassing phone calls and they refuse saying it's protocall, I've also had random withdrawals come out of my account that weren't susposed to and it caused me NSF fees and I had to wait to get my money back that they stole Wich left me short. Once I'm paid back I will NEVER use this place again. Half the staff has a attitude problem as well.

I took out a loan.payday was friday.because i was at work at 830 am friday i had made arrangements for automatic withdrawal on friday.it sat all weekend.today which is monday i went into pay it.its like im being penalized because i didn't come in friday to pay it.and friday banks don't pay the loan bullshit.i was refused to pay off loan to wait to 6pm.its now 745pm on monday my loan is still waiting to paid still.tomorrow i go to pay it and its refused again.its your loss.i keep my money and take my business else where.don't want my money i will take it else where

Idk how this place has even 3 stars it's a complete joke the whole company is.unlike other loan places that are polite and extend your loan date. This company don't. The people working at this location especially are highly unprofessional and incompetent and that's me being nice for a month they have giving me a run around on how I can pay and when I can pay and then when I come in to pay they change their story. Dealt with them for 3 weeks telling me different stories and not to mention they are extremely rude and will yell at you if you explain to them that you were told something different.do not go to this store location or company go to cash money or money mart way easier to deal with

If I could leave no stars I would. The woman was so worried about leaving right at 9pm that she finished all of my paper work at 8: 58 and I still left without my loan because she had to make a verification phone call that she said takes five min and she couldn't possibly stay the extra 3 min. She told me that now everything was done and all I had to do was come back tomorrow and get my money. Terrible service and a ride impatient woman. I don't think I'll go to that location ever again
