Cash-A-Cheque

Will never go again after what I’ve seen. Unfortunately Canada getting corrupted by such ppl.

If you got 30 min of your day you want wasted well this is the place they should call if WE-won’t- Cash-A-Thing unless your from India or neighbouring countries. I just went to my main branch they usually hold $200 of my deposits but I ended up speaking to a manager verified my cheque and they changed my account to no holds up to 2000 and to think I was ready to give these bozos a precept of my hard earn money. If people need funds right away cashing non personal cheques speak to your bank manager not a teller or r we orator case scenario walk across the street there’s another place that will help

I'd give a zero if I could. Extremely rude staff. I walked out within a minute because of how rude the man was. Do not use this place.

Well apparently they do not consider those on CPP, OAS or any pension ANY. As an acceptable risk, not only that but as soon as I told him CPP he became rude and cut the call short. THERE ARE LOTS OF PAYDAY LENDERS IN KW, DONT GO TO THESE GUYS

I would not recommend this place. I was told I can't use my income for a payday loan, when I know I was perfectly fine with what I get. Find a different place to do business. I will never go back for anything.

If I could I would give this place a 0 rating, I literally walked in after getting my cheque in the mail and they wouldn't help me with cashing my cheque all because I signed it before fettingboyy of my car took it somewhere else and they cashed it with no issues at all I wouldn't recommend anyone yo to this dump

Apparently I don’t make enough. They judged me on my income and the bank I use. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

Cash a cheque is my favorite spot to go for payday loans or even just to cash a cheque.
These guys take their job seriously and are always helping me get as much out of their company as I can.

I cant believe how rude and ignorant a business can be. They just do what they want to do leaving people stuck. Unbelievable.

This place is great.they help you out when you are in need of some cash amd they even cash your cheques for a small fee.keep it up guys!

I was there a few times but I want go there anymore after my last experience.
Went there to exchange some money and he told me the rate and the total amount I’m getting and everything was fine until I got to the car and calculated myself and guess what he gave me $2 less then what he should had.seriously? I never ever calculated before but this time I did it for “fun”.
I wonder how much money is he stealing from his customers? Sure $2 is not much but why should he get it, he already gets money from me just doing business with him!

If you ever plan to go there make sure you count and calculate everything in front of him!

Terrible customer service! We’ve dealt with this place a few times before, went in today to borrow some gas money for today and next week, I work 6 days a week at a job in the Peel region, but live in this area. He had my husbands drivers license as I.d. Behind the counter with him, while he sent me to my bank for more information. Instead of giving back my husbands I.d, he held it for the time I left and was at the bank in another plaza, while he also proceeded to serve 2 other customers, still with my husbands I.d. I came back from the bank with the info from our joint account, and he refused us because my name was on the bank info. Then he got rude with us, told my husband that he was giving him “attitude”, and told us not to come back. My husband wasn’t giving him attitude my husband has just over 2 hours to get to his job in another city and with the phone conversation prior to us going in there, we thought we would be getting money to borrow, instead of just wasting our time, and even more gas which we need to get back and forth from my husbands job. He blew up at us, and was outright rude to us, for no reason at all. This “business” should be investigated and possibly lose its license to operate!

I have always had a great experience with the service I received from the gentleman at cash a cheque on highland road kitchener.
If you had a bad experience there it would have to be because of your own negligence because if you had a job and, paid your bills on time there shouldn't be a problem.
