Excellent company, couldn’t be happier with my experience! Karim was extremely professional and courteous. We had an old RV on our lot that needed to be removed and I was dreading dealing with this step. Not only were they pleasant to deal with, they picked it up within 24 hours and both the office and driver stayed in touch about their ETA, which isn’t always easy as we live out in the sticks. Will definitely use them again and cannot recommend enough!

A friend had suggested we call CFT Recycling to get rid of our old car, and we were very happy with the service. They gave us a fair price for it - and I totally didn't expect that they would come later THAT DAY to pick it up! Good service and very easy process; would recommend!

" I promise not to damage your property ". That is what the driver told me before he damaged my garage when he removed a scrap vehicle. Had the driver taken the time to properly align his tow truck with the scrap vehicle the damage could've easily been avoided.
I contacted the office via their website but never received a response.
I would give zero stars for this experience if I possibly could. Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There could be better signage but I found my way there and figured everything out no problem. Their services seem pretty popular, and most people in my area use them for recycling metals.

Had first experience dealing with this establishment today and it was a great one. The staff are efficient, professional and extremely friendly. They took the time to explain to my son what they did and what items they take. I know where we will be going after spring cleaning.

Very quick to pick-up, great flexibility and very professional. Only downside is that they offer less than the competition for your vehicle.

These guys are fast. Submitted a request online and was contacted within 30 mins. They made me an offer, I accepted and they worked around my schedule to pick up my van. Once at location, they had the van loaded on the truck and cash in my hand.very efficient operation! Tow truck guys were very pleasant and overall a great experience dealing with this company.

Very quick and efficient service and extremely pleasant people to talk to from the managers right down to the tow truck drivers. All businesses could learn from this business model!

He was straight forward about pickup and pricing and briefly explained the process which made the follow-through a lot easier all the way around.
