Totally disappointed… and moreover it is the second time and both are with same person named AMRIT. She has no sense how to deal with customers. Zero knowledge of customer service. Has no manners. She is the only one who is the wrong position. She needs to learn how to cope with the customer. Very rude and disrespectful person. Worst experience ever with the cash money.

It was a wonderful experience with Bhavna. My loan got approved in just 10minutes.

She is very nice, explaining every information so good to the customers, saying thank you so much for patiently waiting because its busy and still smiling to every customer although she is to busy. Amazing customer service from Darlene right from the first call to dispensing cash. I had to pick up a Western Union cash transfer. I just went for the pay day loan. The staff member Gagandeep suggested me about the Line of credit and helped me get money with lesser interest. She was so humble and she cleared all my questions. The staff is really co operative.

Worst service for cheque cashing.i went 3 times there.every time they gave me new excuse.they dont even deserve one star

I visited this morning to pick up money. I was in drive though for 15 minutes there was no client in side, attended was on phone for fifteen minutes. The way she was talking it was a personal call. After fifteen minutes she came to tell me that drive through is not working. After wasting my time early morning I left without collecting money as I was getting wait from work.such employees are trying to ruin the business and don't want to work.

These people think that we are fake. Wasted a whole lot of my time.they took a copy of my cheque and didn't even cash my cheque i don't know why they do that.

I visited u guys on 14 august 2020 at around 08: 55 pm, the lady named AMRIT was very rude and she didn’t wanted to help me out and started yelling. NEVER VISITING YOU GUYS AGAIN.
