My experience here cash money is super. Jay sir guide me very well and very good nature. All staff very nice

Amy is a wonderful employee and that cares and understands the needs of her customers. Would highly recommend her service to anybody and every visit I must only work with her!

Pay day loans are the worst. Do not get yourself stuck in this vicious cycle. The interest is super tough to get out of.

They will find any reason not to paying out western union. Only sending. Very bad customer service

THE WORST PAYDAY LOAN PROVIDER THERE IS. Some of the other branches in other areas are decent but this being the only around here I highly recommend you to pass, moneymart/pay2day are incredibly better. My family member has been discriminated by the staff, Darlene provided the worst customer service possible and they don't like to provide service it's at simple as that. They are exceptionally rude and if they make a mistake, trust me they will blame it on you.

Darlene was absolutely a horrible person. She is extremely rude and lazy, went to take a payday loan for the second time and even though the payment was cleared and I have never missed a payment, she discriminated and declined it right away because my cheq account had 8 cents AFTER it cleared (also offered to deposit some cash across the street but she was too busy looking at the clock (they closed in 30 min). Went to cash money on Dundas right after and the wonderful lady that provided me it instead and told me that what Darlene did was not only unethical but also illegal by refusing me service even though I met all conditions for the loan. I will be filing a formal complaint to cash money corporate and also escalating things further as I was humiliated by her and declined service when I really needed it. Funny thing is my investment account elsewhere has abundant funds.which I offered to show her but, again because she was too lazy and sent me off in seconds after driving 30 min there and 30 min to next branch.

Nav, helped in getting the funds. She was quick, friendly and efficient.

Awful place Darlene is the worst person, doesn’t know how to do her job and is very ignorant. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service from this cash money they literally don’t know how to do their job
