Yesterday I went in to Cash Money to inquire about a payday loan but this being my first time I had know idea how to go about it. Shelly made me at once feel welcome and patiently explained my choices and what I could expect, long story short, I highly recommend this location and specifically Shelly to work with.

Unbelievable this company is legally operating. They take advantage of people and charge 40+ percent interest with fees that will make it extremely challenging to pay a loan. Prey on the vulnerable. Never use this company.

Jessica at this location was extremely helpful and conducted herself with a great eager attitude and willingness to help an issue that arose that Corporate was unable to assist and explain. Corporate was ruse and belligerent and Jessica solved the issue in seconds with transparency and a smile. Great customer service over all. If more customer services reps had this attitude customer service would go alot smoother.
