Cash Money

My rating used to be a solid 5. I had such nice things to say about this place. I've even sent countless people there. When I tried to cash a cheque in September I was told by a worker I've never dealt with (she's been there for a while) that I could no longer cash my cheques there after this time and that I'm lucky she's doing it. I've been using this one for years and have never had an issue. When I started questioning what changed she got very overwhelmed and couldn't count and started pacing and grabbing her head. She then had the lady working beside her finish my transaction because "she couldn't handle this anymore" I don't know her name but she's an older lady with red/strawberry blonde hair. It was just really bizarre and it's too bad that apparently cash isn't a thing anymore. I'm now giving a 2 because the other employees and my past history here was great but it seems to have been ruined unfortunately

Jask was super helpful and looked at all options that was available for me. Gave all the information that was required and explained all the queries patiently.

Their work attitude is good, customers feel comfortable and at ease, and the interest rate is not too high.

New Bank manager here in 2023 she is awful, I tried to pull a loan, but new policy underway. Explained I get my 52 hour week that week, I told her I was a customer for over 10 years with over 40-50 uses never a missed payment through them and good standing credit and she says whoopdie doo 10 years to me. She is the perfect example of look at me "I wear a name tag. "

Your kind and knowledgeable service turned a stressful situation into a very comfortable experience with a great result. Would highly recommend this location. Just know what you're getting into as their products are high interest. So buyer beware. Helped me out greatly in a pinch.
