Garbage, and rude agents. Called couple of times to inquire how much payday I can get. Every single time they said they are with the customer and will call you back but they don’t. Never going back to this location

I have never used this service before and was a little skeptic at first but when I went into the Brampton location located at Queen St and Torbram Rd, Sidra helped me out and thoroughly explained every step and proceeded once I was able to understand the precautions and break downs of a pay day loan or line of credit.

Oh my gosh I had such a great time at this cash money loan location! All the ladies was treating me great with warm welcome in smile when i came in the doors! And also one particular lady I love the most is Sidra! She has a great personality and a smile that lights up all the rooms! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Nobody knows what they are doing. I pay my internet bill there every month and it takes them MINIMUM 40 minutes to process the bill. My mom went there to pay a bill about two weeks ago and the person did not know what he was doing. He eventually folded the bill and told my mom to walk to a different Cash Money 1km away because he did not know what to do. She rightfully refused. He eventually went to the back and asked someone for help. THERE WAS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THERE WHO COULD HAVE ADDRESSED UR CONCERNS THERE THE WHOLE TIME! LAZY AND HAS NO MANNERS!

Worst customer service to busy telling other customers that her coworkers not ready to "breed" in other words have kids after being married for 2 years to tell me my payments already been sent to my bank and accepting my payment in cash rather then informing me to deposit payment. Can be quick at times other times find your self pushed almost out the door in line up that hardly moves best to avoid this location and use any other if possible.ps other then to apologize to woman I rudely yelled at on phone will have no dealings what so ever with this location again

Frint desk Yuvika has 0 customer service skill. Never seen such unprofessional in my life. Keep talking long like chit chat to the cuatomer while we were waiting in the line and then she asked me also unnecessarg question for western union like whom you are send what the relationship why you are sending what he gonna do with money. I got so much frustated so i told her to give me money back and then i went to westwood mall lication i got better price and amazing customer service
