I recently fell on hard times and had to get a loan from Cash Money. I was a bit nervous and unsure about the process but Jonathan an employee at this location was very helpful and insightful in helping go through the process of my first loan. While this was a convenient location and staff are friendly, I believe they lack sufficient personnel to assist especially in times of long wait times. There were many customers lined up waiting for assistance and each customer will have to wait 20-40 mins just for a simple transaction of cashing cheques or sending money. There’s got to be a way where they can be more efficient. The reduction of wait times is an integral part of customer service and this should be addressed sooner than later.

Quick. I can't believe how much time I spent online trying to borrow $250. The lady that helped me actually suggested a line of credit instead of a payday loan. Wow, peace of mind and cheaper for me. Worth the walk over. I would recommend it to anyone.

Definitely grateful for such service
Though I’d like to share some experiences we’re CashMoney can enhance their service.
When paying my dues online I clicked on the option where I can Intrac the money from my bank account. To my surprise I was asked to give the password for my online bank account with all the insurance that my privacy is secured. I called CashMoney to confirm if that’s an original request from CM and they confirmed it is.
Though I’m sure CM did their due diligence to ensure secured technical service. I still wouldn’t be very secured about giving my online banking password to any other entity.even if I was asked for it by my bank.
Another thing I would like CM to look in is the interest rate for the line of credit they provide. I know some of the amount paid goes to reduce the original amount, but I still feel it’s minimal towards the amount taken as interest.

Unprofessional staff. Don’t know how to communicate. I applied for online job and went here for cash. Then one of the teller asked why didn’t you applied from branch. She sounded like as if she is against online applications. I mean I wanna save time for both of us. There is always people waiting for service there and I did a favour by saving your time and despite that she’s making me feel bad about online application. I mean if you don’t understand the online stuff just QUIT. Dumb! I was in no mood of argument so I listened to her and her filthy unprofessional jokes. 2 stars for quick loan otherwise for service 0 stars.

I was loading my card at Keele and St. Clair, one of my twenties was missing a sliver off the left side, literally 1mm. The service rep Ricardo who has the most demeaning way of talking to people told me he couldn't accept it as it wasn't a full bill.

The bill had both full serial numbers. He made me feel like a criminal. Later I went to have a beer at the bar and they accepted it no issue. A bar takes it but a place that deals in money doesn't.

Overall Toronto is expensive and most people don't have great lives but I don't appreciate be talked to in a demeaning tone buy a punk who is protected by glass. I only load my card there so really it makes no difference if you guys keep killing your clientele it's your loss not mine.

Please don't follow up for further communication unless you have something to offer me. I don't have time to waste making your company better and doing the jobs of the executives for them, that's why they get paid the big money.
