Very poor customer service, the guy was on the phone with friend and he was very rude. I didn't send the money and I will not go to this location anymore. Very rude

Cashed my CERB cheque's, charged me $200 each time. $800 in cheque cashing fee's.well above the 2.99% value most charge. I dunno, did this guy rip me off? Stuck the difference in his pocket.going on about how no one around him would cash them.when I never really checked the rates until today.not too sure what to think.call the police and report fraud?

Politely served by the guy working here. It was my first time visiting this location to cash a cheque. Took me less than 10 minutes and the guy even apologized for that lol and promised next time it would be much faster. I totally understand that they have to do their due diligence. See you next time

Great customer service every time I go to this place. The guy who works there always serve with a smile on his face and is very friendly. I normally go there to borrow money but this year I filed my taxes with them too and they charge me half the amount I was paying all these years to do my taxes.

Great Rates on Cashing my Cheques been to many different places to cash my cheques but I get one of the lowest rates at this location and ever since been exclusively coming here

Always fast and great service been doing my tax returns with these guy's for years and I get my cash the same day with minimal fees as compared to other bigger tax spots. Would recommend to come here for your taxes these guys really know what they're doing and explain everything along the way. Thanks Cash Shop!

after the loan was finished (now nothing)
after they got their payment I was treated very poorly like I was from a low class.i was told information about my business with them and then i was told that I could not be upset or unhappy about it and if I don't like it don't come back.
I would not even give a small piece of a star if I had a poop emoji they couldn't even get that one it's too good for them.they don't even deserve a middle finger
for anyone who wrote a good review on this store most likely suffered a head injury and lost touch with reality.
These places are not good for you & they take your money that you work hard for and they treat you like they are above you because u take a loan from them it diminishes the hard work you do and purpose of your dignity in life when scammers like all of the loan places say that they are doing you a favour.but taking 50 dollars in fees every paycheck from ppl.they are not really doing you any favours they don't care about your life even if it takes you to debt they would be happy to take every dollar you have.then dump u in a low class pile.to be harvested for more money
