Overpromise and don't deliver - I purchased a mattress in store with the promise of both the sales associate and store manager that it would be delivered 1.5 months out since I would be out of town (despite their typical policy of only holding a mattress for 1 month max). Only 3 days later, I received a delivery notification and immediately called customer service, at which point they told me that was not a legitimate notification. Not even 2 weeks later, the mattress was delivered and left with my building concierge.

I reiterated MULTIPLE times that I cannot take the delivery before the date I specified - the sales people will tell you anything to buy a mattress, even if it means lying to your face.

Wonderful purchasing experience with helpful and incredibly knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent Casper mattress. Thank you Dima, Cecil, and Will!

If I could give a zero, I will. I ordered a Duvet a month ago, after 28 days, the item is still not shipped, so I called the store and the guy Kai ordered the duvet and it came with a few dirty spots. I came to the store returning it, the lady store assistant or manager has no appologies and gave me a very bad attitude, she blamed the warehouse. But the thing is I ordered in store and I am gussing the rep Kai may not place the order on time after I make the purchase. He didn’t follow up with the order and I need to call him to get the item shipped. I was not treated as a customer, even after all this, the rep Kai and the store manager didn’t even make any appoloies. I agree with the other comment, the store manager is totally a Karen. If this is how Casper takes care of the customers, I feel sorry for you guys. Cuz a business like this won’t last long.

Don't be fooled by this trash 3rd rate company pretending to be a great company that sells quality products. Bought a foam pillow which they did not ship out at all and ultimately cancelled, screwing me over since I skipped on buying another foam pillow on sale on Amazon. Customer service just left me hanging and pretty much disconnected the call without solving the issue. Casper is a joke and are borderline scammers.

Jamie and Kai are AMAZING. I’ve been looking for a pillow that stays cold for a while and had been using a bamboo pillow from CNE for ages. My partner told me I should check out Casper because she’s heard good reviews and this one was the closest to us. Jamie greeted us with such energy and enthusiasm, as a former retail manager it was a pleasure to see that some brands still teach their employees this. Another employee Kai helped us out as well and they were both incredibly knowledgeable about their products and guided my decision to the snowtech pillow. Love it so far and enjoyed my experience in the store which is rare when you’re use to the bland “help yourself” mentality most other stores provide. If you’re looking for the best sleep aids and unsure what fits you perfectly I would highly recommend seeking out Kai or Jamie to help guide your decision!

Great experience at Casper with the manager Jamie! Took her time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable both with my mattress and my purchase you can tell the people at capser know alot about their products definitely coming back for more stuff thanks again Jamie!

Bought a pillow from here a couple weeks ago from a gentlemen that was super nice and helpful. I came back 3 weeks later to purchase a "casper glow". The manager was a reverse Karen LOL. As i was showing my friends the product I wanted to buy, the manager aggressively ripped it from my hands. As we were looking at the mattress, she rudely informed us it was only 2 people per room, this would have been fine had she not acted as though she was trying to discipline me.she made my friends and I feel super unwelcome by basically pushing us around the store. She was extremely rude and physically aggressive to a buying customer? Im giving this place a 2 based off my previous visit or else it would be a -5.if you wanna get harassed while you shop, visit this store
