This was the best restaurant experience I have EVER had the service was fantastic, the food was delicious and super hot, everything was amazing I was totally satisfied and I would highly recommend this venue to everybody considering that the owners go above and beyond to make sure your completely happy with everything from start to finish way to go Castello keep up the good work

We were at Castello Ristorante recently as a group of 4 celebrating a couple of occasions. Our server, Natalia, was phenomenal from our entry right through to our exit, and her service, attentiveness, and smile was a very close 1B to what was in our opinion the 1A of the evening: The Food! Delicious pizza, flavorful soup, and mouthwatering entrées were the star of the show that night! We were deliberating between 2-4 desserts and the specialty coffees, recommended by Natalia, but an unexpected issue at home ended our evening abruptly and so with the bill paid, we all unanimously agreed to return very soon while we saying goodbye in the parking lot. Thank you Natalia and Josie @ Castello Ristorante for exceeding our expectations that evening and giving the four of us a new go-to option for amazing food & service in our hometown

Monica was the absolute best bartender I have ever had. The drinks kept coming and she was one of the sweetest bartender I have ever seen. The best. 10/10 would recommended. Kevin the manager was a gem as well. Great service and will be coming back in the future.:)

Food was so good that we booked an event, it was busy too, hosting an indoor and outdoor event, this place is certainly worth a try!

Do not book any events here. I called for a quote on an event they never got back to me. When I called they said it takes 48 hrs for a response that was the second time I called. Rude and unprofessional!

Beautiful location, very nice and engaging staff. The food was nothing less than exceptional - I got the Costello salad with chicken (shown), my wife got the pappardelle special with tuna. It was just the two of us, so I can't comment about the other customers' concerns with bigger parties, but we got very good service.

8 of us dined at this restaurant on the patio. They had a massive wedding reception on but were serving tables outside. They have a cute lil patio overlooking the parking lot so not very scenic. The food was amazing! The service was great. We had pastas and pizzas and everyone liked their food.

Having spoken highly of the best pizza I had ever tasted in the past, I must now unequivocally declare that Castello Ristorante has, without a doubt, THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. The flavors were exquisite, and the pizza crust was a perfect blend of crispiness and chewiness that left me wanting more with each bite.

Not content with the pizza alone, I ventured further into the menu and was rewarded with culinary delights beyond compare. The Caesar salad was fresh and perfectly balanced, while the Penne Vodka and Alla Ciocara were nothing short of superb. The depth of flavors and the skillful execution of each dish were truly impressive. And all dishes were made vegetarian on request.

But let's not forget dessert. The cake slices we ordered, one chocolate and pistachio, were a divine revelation. I lack the words to accurately describe their ethereal texture - it was like biting into a cloud. The cakes were impeccably moist and delicately sweet, proving that true desserts can be an art form in themselves. Kudos to the pastry chef for creating such masterpieces.

As if the impeccable food and service weren't enough, Castello Ristorante also paid attention to the smallest details. The side of Parmesan cheese and chili olive oil provided with the main dishes elevated the flavors and added a delightful twist to the already outstanding meals.

Even something as simple as water was not overlooked - the temperature of the water provided for drinking was absolute perfection. It was chilled enough to be refreshing but not overly cold, allowing for a delightful and comfortable drinking experience.

In conclusion, Castello Ristorante is a true gem that sets the bar incredibly high for all other Italian restaurants. The exceptional food, outstanding service, and attention to even the tiniest of details make this dining experience second to none. We had our twins Confirmation and everything was amazing. All our guests raved over the food and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the set up. Lara took great care of our guests and made sure everything was to our liking. Would definitely recommend Castello to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

From Start to Finish, our
Experience with Castello has been PHENOMENAL! We were looking for a venue for our DD 1st Communion and from FIRST IMPRESSIONS with the owner Patti and the restaurant itself…booked! We told Patti the day needed to be sweet and special for our girl and boy did she deliver! From giving us the VIP section so our youngest whose on the spectrum has her safe space, from ALWAYS ANSWERING AND RETURNING my phone calls, from decorating our space with extra touch of sweetness. Patti and Josie held true to their promise to make it all about our DD and for that we are forever grateful! Now the food and service, these also needs to be mentioned! My nephew has severe anaphylaxis to nuts and eggs and the amazing manager working that night, KEVIN, went above and beyond and had a replacement meal made! He just made it happen and that was awesome! Kevin took the time to listen to the mom on what my nephew can have (and the place was soooo busy that night yet he took the time!) And the food was ready with everyone’s meal so my nephew ate with us! And our servers Lara and crew were continually attentive and asking if we needed anything and if everything was to our satisfaction! Not everyone talks to a kid on the spectrum and Lara took the time to acknowledge my little one and talk to her and interact with her and for me that was GOLDEN so thank you Lara! Last, the food! It was perfect from the antipasto, pasta selection and our main course which was chicken.delicious! Everyone was full! And happy! And spoiled! Until the next event, Castello ️️.

The Food was incredible all fresh ingredients! The staff was outstanding and catered to our every need! Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and pairing the perfect wine with our meal! Would go back for the service alone, the food was cooked to perfection and presented beautifully!

Service is very slow and nothing special, food is over priced for what it is. Not bad but nothing over the top either. Came here for valentines day so maybe thats why?

Me and my fiancée hosted a lunch for our bridal party here, we were well taken care of by the staff our server was Natalia who was absolutely sweet. She was helpful in every way she could be. Upon booking and making arrangements we were taken care of by their event coordinater Josie who was also great and made sure we were accommodated to the best we could be. I unfortunately did not get the name of the bartender but he was also awesome! Food was amazing and the space was beautiful, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to host an event dinner. Thank you very much again to the staff, you all were so lovely!

The food portion is small for its price. The presentation is more like a cafeteria style. The place is not elegant, as I thought. It looks like there's a construction going on. I don't understand the divider curtains or whatever canopy-like hanging in between the section of the dining area.

Location and parking are very good as the business is located in a non-busy plaza.

We had a great experience at Castello for my husband's birthday. As soon as I told them we were celebrating his birthday, the waiter (Anthony) and manager (Kevin) were amazing and made it a very memorable experience. The food and drinks were fantastic and the service was impeccable. They were also very friendly with my children. We will definitely be going there again in the near future. Thank you Kevin and staff. Highly recommended.

Wanted to book for an event and the people dealing with bookings were extremely unprofessional. Received over 6 calls during my work day when I specially asked to not be contacted during working hours. When I addressed the number of calls, the response was aggressive and not apologetic. They may be a great business aside from that, my concern is mainly with the person responsible for group booking

I will never book with this restaurant ever again. I booked a month in advance for a birthday dinner I organized for my friend. We had a party of 11 and they confirmed they could host us on Friday night. Everyone was existed and some were travelling from far to be here. 45 mins before the reservation time, the host calls and tells me they can’t seat us at 7.45pm but at 8.45pm. I was upset because the restaurant closes at 10 pm, which doesn’t give us enough time to order, eat and enjoy. I was so upset that they called last minute, and that we booked a month ahead. Yet they over booked apparently and didn’t even call us at least a day before to say that. I told the host we were going to come for 8pm latest. She spoke with her manager and they confirmed. We made our way there and the host lied and told us actually they can’t even host us it will be around 9pm if they manage to get us in. Wasted my time when they could have just told us they couldn’t host us at all. My friends birthday was ruined because this restaurant. We were looking forward to eating here but I won’t be back. The host is rude and disrespectful. Not able to host large parties. I planned this a month ago. That gave them plenty of time to notify me, but they decided to tell me last min. I managed to find a better restaurant that hosted us even though they were fully booked. Your loss, I will for sure be telling people not to go here. What a waste of time.

Hosted my sons confirmation celebration at castello on May 28,2022! All I can say is top notch! From the food, service and the set up, it was more I could ever ask for. Everything went smoothly, our server (her name escapes me) was outstanding. The food here never disappoints!

I'm a pretty easy guy to please but this restaurant just flopped on all aspects. We came as a large party (14 people) the other week and nobody left happy.

Service was so incredibly slow, it took an hour in between each serving of our initial drinks, then antipasto, and entrees. Nearly 3 hours for a fairly simple dinner is flat out ridiculous. We all agreed to not stay for dessert and get out of there as soon as we could.

The place is loud, really loud. One of our older members ended up with a pounding headache and had to periodically go outside to take a break from the noise.

The food itself is nothing to write home about. Antipasto was good, not amazing. The entrees were all over the place. One pizza was undercooked and still had raw flour, another was burnt and super crispy. An order of risotto was basically just rice, not creamy, not cheesey, just rice. Steaks were way to salty, pasta was just meh. I had the ossobuco, which was cooked well and tender, but was so bland.

At around $100 a head plus an automatic 18% tip for mediocre service and food just isn't worth it at all.

First time at Castello and received good service and hospitality. The food was good. Trying Italian cuisine all around and this is one, to not miss

Incredibly slow service, took 3+ hours to finish meal. Restaurant wasn't busy, yet there was massive delays on all orders. Was pushed into ordering bottled water, turns out they were about $15/bottle and we ordered several, absolute price gouging. The only positive is the food was decent when it finally arrived.

Was at Castello Ristorante this evening for an engagement party for Josh and Sarah.
Food was great. And it was just a perfect spot for family and friends to celebrate.
The staff was amazing.friendly.and kept everyone happy.

Food was tasteless, very noisy with many events in the same room. Not sure on the pricing, but wouldn't recommend this place.

I made a Mother’s Day reservation for 6 PM, we were sat at a table at 6: 40 with no menus and we’re ignored by waitstaff for the next 20 mins before we got up and left. Will not be returning.

Where do I begin. This place is a disgrace to the food industry. Disgusting service ignorant management complimented by even worse food. I ate the GNOCCHIETTI DELLA NONNA, not sure who’s Nonna they were referring to, but clearly this Nonna has BO and a smelly cleveage because that’s what it tasted like. Do not eat here you will leave disappointed.

Horrible experience. Made a reservation on the phone day before to celebrate father’s 81st birthday. Went to restaurant was told they do not take reservations and that they were “very” busy and could not accommodate us. A robotic hostess continually repeated blankly “I’m sorry, we don’t take reservations”. I told her I made a reservation yesterday and again she said “I’m sorry we don’t take reservations”. I asked if we could sit outside and she said I’m sorry our kitchen is very busy today. Went outside to call the number again to see if I called a different Castello restaurant. The restaurant answered and then proceeded to hang up on me. Ran in to owner outside who advised they did have room outside and that they could accommodate us. Who wants to eat at this place now? ! Do not recommend.

I am so disponed and regretting choosing this restaurant for my party! The food was not like how expected.and the worse thing was the services (the waiters were very bad) all my guests was unhappy! If they asking for drink or anything the waiters were ignoring them! And they were removing the plate even before we finish eating! Very rude.
Jocey promised to give me enough space for 50 people but she gave me very small space we were unable to even move the chairs and sit (it was so tied) even the waiters did not have a space to serve us!

Absolutely disgusting service from management. I am the most unimpressed with this restaurant. Called more than a handful of times to get the same answer "we'll call you back" and never did. When I finally had the chance to speak with management she was so rude and could not resolve my issues. Do not recommend dealing with these people for functions, so unprofessional and unorganized. I never even had the opportunity to try their food and I wouldn't even want to now.

This restaurant was not equipped to handle multiple parties. My party arrived at 6: 15 for our 6: 30 reservation. We got our main courses at 9pm exactly. 6: 15 to 9: 00! And we finished our meals in 20 minutes, desperate to get out of there. We also had to go through the annoying process of 'preordering' our appetizers, which didn't make a single difference since they arrived after 7pm. Don't we do that so we can start eating faster? And leave the restaurant sooner? Clearly not at this place.
The noise level was atrocious and unrelenting, there was no sound proofing done in this place whatsoever. The chairs were uncomfortable (and we had to sit for almost 3 hours), and there was nowhere to hang our coats.
The appetizers were good (when they finally arrived). The steak was not worth the money. The risotto was not cooked to risotto, and was instead just rice. The bread (that we finally got after sitting for 30 minutes) was burnt at the top, but also cold?
I would not recommend this restaurant.

Very bad service and they gave me a very small space for 50 people! It was so tide we couldn’t move at all, I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone! So sad that all my gusts were unhappy with the service and the space was very tide! Really disappointed

I just had my bridal shower here this weekend and I had an excellent experience with Castello. The venue is lovely, but more importantly, the food and service was great! In particular I want to acknowledge Kevin and Rodina’s excellent care and attention - they were both so kind and helpful and made sure my guests had everything they needed. I’m very happy with Castello and would definitely come back for dinner and more parties!

Took my grandmother and mother out on mother's Day, Waited an full hour and a half after ordering before our waiter came to tell us they didn't have what we ordered. We got up and left without eating and went to pizza pizza. 5/5 for pizza pizza though, good wings.

Amazing food and service. The quantities were amazing and the prices were average. Their cocktail drinks were hit or miss but overall the food, apps and mains, were great.

I just hosted my engagement party here and Castello ristorante went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Rudina, our head waitress and Kevin the manager were always available for whatever we needed. The food was very authentic Italian and the gnocchi in particular was delicious. Thank you Castello Ristorante for helping us host such a wonderful party!

Was photographing a beautiful bridal shower here last weekend, so very impressed! Staff is incredible, very organized and so friendly! Kevin and his team made this a perfect afternoon to a enjoy and capture. Food was delicious too! Can’t wait to come back!

We came with a table for 13 but with the place being completely full we feel like they didn't have the capacity to serve this many people. We got our drinks 30 minutes after ordering and our food 1.5 hours after ordering. They also missed a few people's meals and some drinks throughout the dinner. They also took 20 minutes to get our bills. The Tortellini soup tasted watered down so we sent it back. The bruschetta was decent, the veal was very underwhelming. The Seafood linguine was also bland. Would never come back.
