This was my first purchase made at Castle Honda and the service rendered towards me and my husband was absolutely amazing. One of the main reasons I choose Castle Honda was my sales representative, Joseph. I had worked with him at another dealership prior and his customer service was impeccable. Needless to say he would have been my obvious choice once again. Joseph coordinated all the necessary documents needed for my purchase, assisted with my claims and was readily available to answer any questions I had (even on his days off). I was updated every step of the proces. Delivery was just the same, Joseph provided us with a thorough explanation of all the features present on our new vehicle and made sure we were comfortable and safe before leaving. Picked up my new Honda today. I have a Honda dealership closer to me, but chose to go to this one because my dad bought from them before. Friendly and courteous, hope that will continue in the future. Rehan is the sales person and he was very pleasant to deal with and customer focused.

I will definitely update this review, if anything changes in the future. If you are looking for a Honda vehicle, Castle Honda is definitely your place to go to.

Recently start going there because close to my home but customer service is really bad. I booked online appointment for recall but lady said we don’t give appointment online for recall. Then she gave me a week later appointment after few days she canceled that she gives me over month appointment. She was very rude. I called Honda Queensway they gave me appointment right away. I went there, great customer service.

This Happened with my friend Vinit Patel. After 5 months of long waiting period when he went to pick up his car at CASTLE HONDA CANADA he got to know agreement was totally changed by Finance manager named jalil rehman without informing him. He increased interest rate without informing. Not only interest rate but also increased financing period from 6 years to 7 years. That affected cost of borrowing which is totally unaccepted.
Totally dissatisfied with the service of CASTLE HONDA CANADA.
#NEXT CAR WILL NOT BE FROM HONDA.
Please take an action AGAINST this.

This is the best Honda dealership in the entire gta, I must say. I have been a customer here for many year's & have always received the best customer service experience each & every time, I visited. You guys are all awesome, sincere & genuinely kind. If there was a possibility to give you 10 stars, I would gladly do so. All of you deserve a medal. You are all my friends & family. Yesterday, Saturday March 27th 2021 I had an appointment to have my winter tires swapped & also had my annual rust check done. I was greeted by Tony the assistant service manager who always goes above & beyond to help me in any way he can. The service manager Edwin is an amazingly, wonderful gentleman to deal with, I can't say enough good things about him & he too goes out of his way to give me the best customer service. Edwin who is responsible for his, entire fantastic service team are great at what they do, I would like to mention Lenny the assistant service manager, Samer, Manvir, Valentina & Alishaw, they are all absolutely, amazingly wonderful people who, I'm sure make castle honda proud to have as part of their team. I would also like to mention Mark, the general manager who, I've known for many year's from the time he began his career at number 7 honda as a service advisor. I bought my car from Mark & believe me, before, I purchased the car, I visited 13 dealerships to do my homework, I bought this car from Mark coz he & under him, his entire service team are the best you can go to in the gta. You cannot go wrong & you will not be disappointed. I previously owned a honda as well which, I drove for just over 18 year's until, I replaced it. Had it not been for Mark & his entire amazing service team under the absolutely competent service manager Edwin, I may be driving my old car which never gave me any problems, I must say. Whenever the car needs servicing or anything done, it is performed professionally & competently under the extended warranty, which I'm happy that, I purchased. I had very bad experience. I went overthere for buy my first car. The salesperson (joey) showed me car civic 2022. I liked that i gave them $1000 but i told them don’t put my file in bank let me talk to my parents backhome first but they guys put my file in bank.day after i went there and told them I don’t wanna buy car its little bit expensive but the manager was like we have our lawyers and stuff and joey who was my salesperson he was not picking my calls. I called him 1000 times.and manager said We can’t give you money back and blah blah blah. They guys spoiled my file.this is worst dealership. Castle honda is a worst delarship. Don’t believe them. (joey (salesperson), abhi (manager) and Jalil (finance manager).

We bought a vehicle from Mr. Jaleel, and I can assure you this Honda dealership location provides the best customer service. I needed a car urgently and it was available for me within 2 days. A brand new Honda Civic touring 2022, all the paper work was done within 10 hours on the same day. Mr. Jaleel did everything in his power to hand the car over to me on the same day. I would recommend every one who is interested in purchasing a Honda, to go to this location. You will find honesty and the best deals/offers from the sales people and the manager himself as well.

Went in for an AC diagnosis for my 2017 Civic. Was told it was due to a faulty condenser and it was fixed free of charge under an Extended Warranty that Honda had announced recently. Whole thing took exactly an hour - I would recommend getting an early morning (7: 30 am) appointment on a weekday if possible.

Unprofessional Honda Dealer.
I purchased a preowned certified CRV on on Nov. 9 and received it by Nov. 20, I reported 4 different problems in first 48 hours, Faisal Khan from Castle Honda was the sales agent, he was keep changing the words to get away from responsibility.

His Manager, Abhinav Arun (Abhi) called me after I posted the review. He said that he is willing to help but I have to leave the car for them for couple of days and they will give me rented car during this time. They kept delaying until they find the cheapest rental car in the market "Mazda C3". I got the car and left the CRV for two days. Unfortunately, they just fixed one issue out of the four and tried to hide the three other issues. No more comments, this is their proficiency level.

The big shock this time, that I had the rental car from from Dec. 2 at 1: 30 PM until Dec. 4 at 2: 20 PM. When I went to pick my CRV, Abhinav Arun (Abhi) insisted to give him the rental car first. I gave him the car but GUESS WHAT?

Abhi and Castle Honda kept the car with them for ANOTHER COMPLETE 7 DAYS! I just received the rental invoices from Enterprise that the car was rented from Dec. 2nd to Dec. 11th

I don't know why CASTLE HONDA kept the car with them for 7 days! Does crossing the Rexdale BLVD needs 7 complete days!

That's why I am giving my advice to everyone, keep away from Castle Honda and if you have to deal with them you have to keep your eyes widely opened with such an untrusted and unprofessional dealership

My Fiancé and I were purchasing our very first car and could not have had a better experience at Castle Honda!
Mark and his entire team were BEYOND incredible and surpassed all expectations we could have had! Not only were they extremely friendly, but they were beyond helpful and unbelievably professional and welcoming at the same time.
We NEVER felt pressured at any point during our interactions and the car purchasing process (like you can at a lot of dealerships) - in fact, it was the complete opposite - we felt SO comfortable talking to Mark and his team and he was very approachable and of course extremely knowledgeable. He also went above and beyond to make this experience unforgettable!
We very appreciative to also have the same positive and amazing interactions with Jeff and Jalil on Mark’s team as well! They were both so kind, helpful and went above and beyond for us. Visited Castle Honda this morning regarding a airbag recall, left my car there because it would take 2 hours. Received a call around the expected time from a service worker informing me that everything went well with the airbag change, however a accident has happened and a worker has smashed my windshield. Not to worry because they will fix it and I can pick up a rental. My shuttle picked me up and dropped me back to castle Honda. I was then asked if I had my DL, insurance slip and credit card for the Rental, I informed him I do not have a credit card at this time, he told me to wait and came back and said they can help me out if I put $150 deposit down. On a regular day if I needed a rental that wouldn’t be a issue however, this accident is a result of your worker so I feel Honda should take all ownership and pay all that is required for me to get into a rental and continue on with my day. This is what I informed the service worker. After a 15 min wait another person came out asking if I was the person with the smashed windshield I said yes, he began to inform me that he will pay for all that is needed for the rental. I informed him that I wouldn’t expect nothing but that from Honda given the circumstances, he informed me that he has no control over the rental company and that he’s doing this cause I have no credit card!

Now this is where Castle Honda Droped and smashed the Ball like how they smashed my windshield! Nowhere did anyone apologize for the inconvenience, I had plans for my day because it should have only taken 2 hours. Honda should have made sure to cover all rental fees, cost, gas, insurance etc once again your worker that you hired and trained smashed a perfectly good windshield and now has inconvenience a loyal customer that has been with Honda for over 17 years.

What made me upset was the fact the service worker.not sure if he’s the manager. He fanned me off with his hands while I was still speaking to him and he walked away. Thank you Castle Honda for doing what should have been done in the first place but in such a poor and rude manner.

4 years later and everyone still remembers us, and treats us as part of the family:) I loved how you guys have so many cool things you offer to your staff, and customers (Saturday BBQs!). Mark- you've created an amazing culture there @ Castle Honda, and from an HR perspective, it's great to see many of the staff still there! This means you're doing something right! Kudos to you!

I came in @ the end of my lease to move onto another and Mark and Jerry worked hard to give me the best deal- I love my new CRV! Jerry walked me through all the features (and even patiently listened and answered my questions!), and I had no problem navigating everything the minute I stepped into the vehicle!

I purchased honda odyssey touring 2019 in the month of june 2018. After one month we went for a long drive. During the driving on highway I noticed abnormal knocking sound observed on driver side door when speed went above 110km and automatic wiper was not working. I went to dealership and they told me to come other day during day time so they check the sound. They checked and say yes there is issue but you have to take next appointment and drop the car here. After a week I took appointment and drop my car. They give me a rented car. They resolve the door issue but for the wiper they said we have to order new sensor which will arrive in end of August. I called in September and book the appointment for replacing the sensor. Sensor has been replaced. After two day I noticed that wiper is still not working. I called them and they said you have to book appointment. Today was my appointment and they confirm that wiper is not working and we can't fix it right now. You have to drop the car.

I am so frustrated with this. I visited 8 to 9 times in past 3 months. This was my biggest mistake in the life that I bought honda car. Till date wiper issue is not resolved and have to go back to dealership on Tuesday.
I told Honda canada to cancel the deal and they said you have to discuss with your dealership. I don't understand what to do?

I called receptionist to discuss with the manager and she told me he is busy with other customer and call you back.
He never called me back.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY! BUYER BEWARE!

I came in to Castle Honda after speaking with a representative on the phone on a car they stated was available. When I got there, I requested to test drive the car only to have the salesrep tell me no. No? No? On a vehicle that is worth 15 Grand? What type of stupidity? This is not a $1,000 dollar lemon car that's advertised 'AS IS' so what gives? I can only come up with two reasons: 1. SHADY, SHADY SHADY! Hiding things with the car and 2. RACIST! I asked the rep why is this and he had no answer! They would not let me test drive I car I confirmed with them via phone and would not let me take the car to my mechanic. Extremely rude, disgusting, and shady. STAY AWAY FROM CASTLE HONDA.

This is the best Honda location to do business! Armiya, who helped me and my family get a car was really patient and understanding throughout the whole process. When we walked into the dealership, he was very welcoming and passionate in finding my family and I the perfect car. He was not pushy at all, and understood all of our concerns in regards to our financial situation and our needs in regards to the car. One thing I loved about the experience was that he went through each car and showed us the benefits and how it would help our family on a daily basis. He understood that we did not need all the cool features, but still wanted a nice car, and recommended the perfect car for us. He did not sell us anything we did not need and was very honestly with us. Even though we did not purchase the same day, Armiya did not forget about us. He gave us his contact number and told us if we have any questions we can call him at any time, which we did! He was very helpful even when he was not working and treated us like family! If you are looking to buy a car, I would recommend seeing Armiya at Castle Honda! He will give you the best sales experience and will be honest the whole time! Accomadating when i was running late, called and asked if it was ok to come still and got in at 10: 50 for my 10: 30 appt. They said 1 to 1 hr and 15 min. It was finished just after 1pm. Disappointed and dont think i will be returning here. If they would have been truthful about the time delay i would have rescheduled. I had a power outage and my teenager reset the time wrong so i thought i was early but was late according to the time in my car. I thought i was leaving half hour before appt and that would have made me 15 min early. No i didnt look at my phone either. I was late but asked them if it was ok when i saw the real time and called. I would have preferred honesty. I see a new scratch that is not deep but i do a circle check every time i go out and get back in so o notice these things.

Me and my friend were looking to finance a car in a quite hurry and armiya helped us to get the finance done and get the cars we wanted. Love the quick, friendly and great service provided to us by armiya if it wasn’t for armiya I wouldn’t have gone for the car. Have to say 4 stars because the receptionist at castle Honda omg she is the rudest person I have have seen in my life. Me and my friend went on Saturday to get the financing approved around and test the car long story short we got a bit late and it turned out that the head office got closed by that time so we decided to wait till Monday. So I called on Monday to inquire if we got the financing approved or not the receptionist picked up the called and the first thing she said who you want to talk to. I was like dam is her own business or Hondas. I was can I talk to manager, straight he’s not in and bang call disconnected. I called after 1 hours can i talk to armiya he’s not in today bang call end. I don’t know why castle Honda keept her to make sajda that people don’t come next time to them? Or she knows some one there don’t know. They are portraying a very bad image of there company by her hands. Any how. If you want to get a car go to armiya you won’t be disappointed.thanks man peace.

If I could give zero stars I would.dealt with the Sales Manager Tony for my B12 service (simple oil and filter change) and they call me back to tell me my back brakes were installed incorrectly (THEY WERE INSTALLED AT A HONDA DEALERSHIP). And I'm pretty sure he told me they fixed it "for free" out of the kindness of there heart (I have to go and see the bill first). Then went on to to tell me calipers were going even though I just did them as well as other leaks. There are too many upcharges to list here and I will be using a local mechanic from now on since they wanted to quote me $1,000 plus in surcharge for a SERVICE THAT REALLY SHOULD BE NO MORE THAN $100 (I'm sure they will charge me closer to $300-$400 for this basic service). Also told me one of the nuts was missing off my rims? WHich no one has told me before.and mentioned people don't usually steal them.okay then. I guess they can't replace this?

OH AND THE ICING ON THE CAKE WAS I TOLD HIM TO ASK ME BEFORE CALIBRATING THE TPMS. AND WHAT DO THEY DO? THEY GO AHEAD AND DO IT AND ARE OFC MAKING ME PAY FULL PRICE. CLAIMING "WE NEEDED TO DO IT TO SOLVE THE OTHER PROBLEMS". ANYTIME I'VE HAD ISSUES WITH THE SENSORS BEFORE THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE IT NEVER AGAIN GOING TO A STEALERSHIP AND DEFINITELY NOT THIS ONE.

1) Work was done on my vehicle without the required authorization.and Honda still charged me for it

2) They kept saying the brake job was done incorrectly but they were the ones who did the brakes

The only reason I only took my car to the dealership was the slogan "do not let a stranger under your hood"

Now, if Honda techs can't even install brakes and pads correctly on their own vehicles, than what exactly is the benefit of going to the dealership? I will just be paying more when a local mechanic can do a more thorough job with no upcharges.

I had the most disappointed experience there at this location. I met with a manager Nick, regarding my end of term lease. This guy has no manners and doesn't have what it takes to be working for people. He is very rude. I called and booked an appointment to see him, I also left several voice messages and has never returned one of them. He claimed that he never received any messages and asked me " What are we doing"? Never offer me to sit or show any sorts of appreciation for a customer. I never had a chance to discuss any sort of options with him. He just said what he had to say and rushed me out of the office and said that he will call me. However, after I found out from the Honda Financial office that I can actually refinance my vehicle I have decided to call him again and left messages to go into to see him so that I can cancel the loan application that he was starting. He was so aggressive to say that I can go to other dealer and see if they can give me the better options and rates. He never explained anything to me. Just wanted to do what he wants to do as if the cash was coming out of his pockets to pay for the vehicle. After we told him about his rudeness and said that we would go and complaint to his General Manager, he called the Manager, into his office before the Manager could speak with us. After a few minutes he called me to say that he could offer me the rate as what Honda Financial was offering. WHAT MAKES THIS BIG CHANGE SUDDENLY? I still declined now as I would go back to my original dealer. I wouldn't advise people to deal with him. As for me, my family and friends we are completely over with this location. I wonder what training they provided or required to become a manager? Will never go there again even if its for a free car. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My complaint here is about customer service /manners/aggression. Not sure why its posted by the Manager as a complaint of interests rate when is 100% not. Its about a rude staff which has no manners and very disrespectful.

Castle Honda got my boyfriend and I out of a serious jam! Our car broke down in Toronto as we were driving back to the States, and after we had it towed to them they took really good care of us! Because we arrived after the service department was closed, Mark made sure our keys got onto the service manager’s desk that night so he would see it first thing in the morning. He also arranged a ride to our hotel for us! The next day Peter at the service desk kept us informed throughout the long repair and made sure the car was good to go. We can’t thank everyone enough for getting us road ready and home safely!

I live in Ottawa and could not make a deal due to the terribly controlled market here so I contacted Castle Honda in Toronto. I dealt with Silvia Elia and Mark Pimentel via email even though I could have via phone. They got right down to buisness ensuring they could meet my needs with the numbers I needed to be at. They priced the new vehicle aggressively and gave me a unheard of deal. Not only was I able to get the deal I needed, This dealership went wayyyy above and beyond to make my experience 100 percent stress free and believe it or not they made it FUN. I have bought many vehicles before but always had the haggle stressful nonsense from dealerships in Ottawa but this one was completely different. When I arrived from Ottawa I was offered coffee and water, we talked like normal people, we did the paper work that was easily explained and they showed me all of the features of the vehicle and how to use them. The vehicle was MINT clean which is not always the case when buying a new car. All I can say is If you need a car and you live in Ottawa, it's worth the drive. If you live in and around Toronto it's worth the drive. Don't waste your time on stealerships, go have fun making your purchased, do it the way I did and actually enjoy your purchase. Thanks again guys you are the BEST! You made my dream come true and I will be back for my next vehicle.
