Left the premises with the job incomplete. (Two abled bodied men couldn’t take out a water heater) My father did it by himself without having to damage the wall which is what they wanted to do! Very disappointed would never call again. I’m 9 months pregnant and haven’t had hot water for 2 days now this is not acceptable!

If you have a drilled water well and your pump or pressure tank don't work - ask for Steve. He is a good well guy and water filter guy. He's the best. Saved my life. W what a break to get water back.

Long wait time to get the job done. The company has got bigger and there is no communication between departments. It's frustrating that no one knows anything when you call them. The job wasn't completely finished while they were there. I think they were a good company before but it just got out of control lately.

My AC unit had a small refrigerant leak and broke down. Sent a service request late in the day Thursday. Got a call the next day and was told they would try and fit me in but otherwise it would be Monday. Didn't hear from them on Friday. Late in the morning Monday, I hadn't heard anything so I followed up by phone. I wasn't scheduled but thankfully they modified their schedule to fit me in and a technician came 1-1.5 hours later. The technician spent 2-3 hours trying to find this leak and couldn't find it. He re-charged the system with dye and leak sealant and told me that fix might last a year or a week and that the only other option was to buy a new unit. All told, I was charged ~$800. A week later, the unit busted again. I called another service tech who within minutes of looking at the unit, found the leak made very obvious because of oil in the chassis. The unit was fixed in less than 2 hours and about half the price Castle charged me. I sort of feel like I donated money to them.

We have used Castle Plumbing and Heating for over 10 years. They look after our home, our income properties and our business properties.
In one rental they replaced all the plumbing and heating (bathrooms, kitchens, lift stations and sump pits). They also did all new heating and cooling with heat pump systems.
At our home and business they look after all pluming and heating issues including complex in floor boiler systems and AC units.
The work is always done professionally and properly. They honour their quotes and their invoices are always fair.
The individuals at Castle are amazing to deal with from Lee Anne that books the work and is the conduit to the service professionals to the individuals that are on site doing the installs and repairs. We have had almost every specialist from Castle work on our properties and they are all experts at their profession.
Do yourself a favour and give them a call if you need professional work done on your property.

Very pleased with the instalation of a gas fireplace blower fan and overall cleaning performed by Mitch. The glass on my 10 year old gas fireplace looks almost as good as new because of Mitch's diligence and hard work. Highly recommend Castle for their attention to detail.
