Worst experience ever! Rude and obnoxious customer service reps. The even tell their potential customers to “F-OFF”. I should of trusted the reviews before dealing with Cathcart!

Very good place to buy parts from but never ever deal with The employee named Jim has no respect for customers and no manners at all! He humiliated everyone who speaks to him I tried to let it go couple of times but enough is enough!

Found the part for 35 $ which i was getting for 320 at dealership.
Call and check for the part before you come.

Horrible service, called and asked if its possible to get a part shipped and was showed the worst attitude by them. Will not be shopping here.

Have been able to save hundreds of dollars on parts over the past few years. The desk is very helpful if you give them the information they need. I walked in and they had my part at the ready to purchase.

Never go there. I had my truck blow its transmission. The shop I go to says they deal with them to get rid of cars. They told me to call that they bring old tires. Since I just put new tires on. Found out that doesn't happen. There still was no need to yell, scream, call me every Name in the book and call me a lier. I just got wrong information

Amazing prices definitely worth the drive and staff is awesome as well and more then reasonable and have a self serve which is awesome

Buyer beware.these guys will not honor their warranty. Purchased a starter that failed within 2 days. They refused to refund my money. Save your money folks, theres much better places to get used parts.

Zero customer service. Tried them twice for parts and both times was met with an extremely rude guy.

Brought a fiat 500 and couple of cars from cathcart. Ron and Eric are always very helpful.if your looking for anything these guys are great.

Don't bother emailing them, they don't answer emails about any of their vehicles they have for sale. Always heard that about them, I guess it's true!

These guys are way out there in the boonies past the trailer park you would never know it good to great used auto parts batteries tires and so on it's a small place but well organised and they are knowledgeable about what they are doing they deal with mostly modern autos though not bad at all.

They are very rude people especially one guy that works at the front! I called to get a price for a part and he was swearing at me on the phone. His the one that works on the left side of the counter when you walk in he should not be working there it ruins the whole business I used to like going there but ever since that guy started there I’ll never go there again.

Decent place to get a fixer upper. Beware the staff is a little rough around the edges though. Lol

Cathcart auto has great customer service, very good pricing and they only fix what actually had to be fixed which isn't always true at other garages. They also have affordable parts and always have what we are looking for. We buy and service our vehicles at Cathcart and always know we get a more than fair deal.

This people don't even have manners to speak with the customers.
I think they should learn manners before they learn to do the business.

The staff here are super helpful and friendly. I've been here for a few parts now and always leave happy.
My last visit was for a window switch and one of the guys came out with his tools and installed it for me. A quick job, but I was very impressed with the customer service. It's rare these days!

This place is very good in comparison to other similarl business.
It is expensive and is outside the city hard to get there but they had the parts for you and they are some what fendly.they are red necks.

Very nice "country store" parts place. Very clean, lots of interesting things to look at and check out. In some ways, it was like an automotive museum, fully restored gas pumps for example, and don't forget to pet the goats.

The staff were extremely helpful, and friendly. They did not have the part we wanted, but helped us track it down at another location.

I highly recommend the place.

These guys are great. Always friendly and helpful. Parts are clean and in great shape. No other place to stop to get some great used parts.

Went there for a part for one car and then remembered I need 2 parts for a different car. They had one on the shelf and immediately took the other part off the scrap car. Didnt have to go back. Awesome service!

This is a 5 star business and I'd give 5 stars if I only do business with Eric and some of the other regulars i know.
It's clean and organized.
But unfortunately today my review describes my experience with some douche-bag wearing a jawbone headset employee that works behind the counter.
It's obvious this person hates working at a scrap yard and treats hardworking customers like dirt any chance he gets. Would not negotiate price at all.instead choosing to act like condescending A hole and hurting this business.
