Je suis arrivé pour la première fois, j'ai été bien acceuilli par la Secrétaire qui m'a orientée à la personne dont j'avais besoin qui à son tour m'a donné un service rapide! Félicitation pour toute l'equipe.

The doctor is friendly and respectful.but the staff I met on the second floor treated me very carelessly. After waiting for more than an hour, they did not help me.

I approached CCI after I was locked out of my IRCC account and went to every IRCC office in Ottawa and called the IRCC landline which might as well not exist, considering it is impossible to get through. Nobody would help me or even knew how to. Eventually, an IRCC agent recommended that I contact CCI.

CCI was extremely helpful. Two agents Mercedes and Edward, took hours out of their work schedule to have a zoom call with me to find a solution to my account problem. They were competent and friendly. I am very grateful for the assistance I received from CCI.

There is a female who answers the phone who is very disrespectful and impolite to people. Her service and way of talking are terrible. She needs a readjustment of behaviour. I think her name is Jo***hine (but I am not sure), because of her, I haven't recommended anyone to use this service.

Took more than 2 weeks to respond to me although I told them my situation is urgent.then did nothing to help me.they literally just told me to contact the IRCC. POOR SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I dont recommend anyone even bothering with the sponsorship help here. Such rude and disrespectful lady named Roya here. No help at all. The manager needs to wake up!
