Disgusted with this establishment, I’ve dealt with public cas a few times and NEVER had an issue. I dealt with ccas for the first time, when the worker realized I was more intelligent then she expected me to be, and I informed her that under section 183.1 of the criminal code of Canada that I had been recording everything she said, she stood up said she is ending the meeting! Slammed my front door in front of my 2 year old and stormed away. I’ve left 2 concerning voicemails to the supervisor and yet to get a return phone call. DISGUSTED

Worst experience of my life. I went in there, determined to keep my mouth shut, and to allow my son to speak, hoping it would help the situation. When I was asked to step out so they can speak to my son I did so without hesitation, and that conversation went nowhere. When it came down to the mother’s appointment, my son did even show up with her, and only spoke to her and determined Nothing after. I was just informed that the file will be closed and nothing was done. I called in and told the case worker. I can’t live like this forever and someone needs to give up and I’ll be the one doing so for the sake of a better upbringing for our child to not be around this drama. He was born into issues and I will not allow our issues to rise the child. As of yesterday I gave up with this battle. Courts can’t help police can’t help and the people that the government put in place won’t help.

Horrible, do not think of children first. Do not let you know your rights, such as recording, right to refuse, right for review, You and your children have RIGHTS, they trample on your life

Make you feel uncomfortable and belittled by their attempts to push their ideas of parenting

If you are debating on contacting these people for any type of help within your life. Don’t do it. I had a CAS worker named Heretta “helping” me and my 13 year old sister. Was fine at first then goes to the abusers, listens to them, buys into their bull and she called me literally yelling at me about a situation, supplied no type of resolution, I am now back at square 1 of trying to get my sister out of the worst toxic household one could imagine. Don’t use these “helpers”. They’ll only add extra mental health stress and issues into your life.

I have been dealing with society first as a child incare and as a father of 4 children. I feel the society's position is that its OK to break laws and ethics lie exaggerate and falsefy reports or not include positive points of view they will use their knowledge of court procedures and use your lack of against you.they also have the money to pay the outrages costs of lawyers and specialists. As for family courts.its just a kangaroo court being overseen by monkeys.bottom line the society gets what they want its all a shame. Just my opinion Douglas Smith
