I take my Persian cats for Pajamas cut or grooming once in three or 4 months. I have always been happy with their service. They do a great job and are always on time.

This is absolutely not a negative review for the people who work there who are nice, professional and take extremely good care of the cats, but for whoever runs the business. I have 2 cats and you can’t book online for 2 cats. I tried calling for 2 days but i guess they were busy so i emailed. I got the appointment but the “boss” forgot to put it in the system. Next available Saturday is at the end of September. It is very frustrating to put the cats in carriers and drive them and then the person in charge has forgotten to do their job.
The people on duty offered to do one cat, however i have 2 siberians and they shed like crazy in the summer so i needed both of them done. Grateful for the employees, absolutely disappointed by the management

We took our 2 year old cat for her first ever bath and comb. I was nervous because I didn't know how she would react to all the unfamiliar sights and sounds and being handled by a stranger. Ziyang did a great job with her, she came back calm and so soft and clean. Everyone was very professional and courteous. She was very calm on the drive home (as opposed to the dramatic meownologues on the way there) and seemed to be in good spirits:) would definitely recommend the cat's pyjamas and will come back again!

LOVE this "cats only" grooming studio. Best place ever for any long haired cats. Luckily there is a place like this in Ottawa!

Such an amazing experience! I adopted my first kitten and was really nervous about her having a traumatic experience with a groomer - but the people at Cat's Pajamas put me instantly at ease! They were incredibly kind and patient, took the time to answer my questions, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality service they provide. My kitten came back calmer and happier - and she looked and smelled so good! 10/10

Super professional and organized cat groomer! We are lucky to have them in Barrhaven. They always do an amazing job on my Persian/Himalayan cat and take good care of him. He looks so fresh and clean after his bath and combs.

The kindness and care that I received here today was truly unmatched. I came in with my cat and my mom's cat. My cat is a pretty easy one and Elaine did a fantastic job with her. She came home so fresh, clean and happy, and she has been even more loving than she normally is and I could not be happier! She has a condition where her skin/fur gets very itchy and she hasn't been scratching at all since coming home, just keeps rubbing on anything she sees with joy. I can see her ears were thoroughly cleaned, nails cleanly trimmed, and brushed so well with such minimal shedding now. They also put the cutest bow on her head when I picked her up, it was just adorable! Pricing extremely fair and reasonable too for the job they do! My mom's cat (my original baby) has severe anxiety and unfortunately ripped out a couple of her claws while lunging at the opening of the cat carrier trying to escape when I first put her in the carrier to get in the car from home. Sage was so extremely patient and caring with her. Unfortunately, she could not be groomed today because of the bleeding from her ripped out claws and they did not charge me for it despite wasting their time. Sage even clipped the rest of her nails for free and made sure any additional fragments from the ripped nails were cleared. She continued to refuse any tip I offered for her service and I had to absolutely insist upon it. I just cannot recommend this place enough for any cat! One of the best in Ottawa without a doubt! Thank you thank you! Highly recommend to anybody without a doubt!
