Had a great experience with Physiotherapist Anari Soni. Went for vertigo and within 3 sessions all was resolved. She knew the issue and knew what to do to make it better.

Very odd experience to say the least. Only kind person there was the receptionist. The assessor failed to give proper instructions, wasn’t clear on what was required to conduct testing. Older bald headed white male there (possibly a bigot) was very rude and unwelcoming.

The staff are exceptional and I have never been more happy with treatment. Shoutout to everyone at CBI and truly wishing them the best. Treatment here has been life changing for me and I cannot offer enough thanks.

Celia was a great physiotherapist! She helped me recover well and at my own pace. She made sure I was okay and comfortable every step of the way. After a few months I’m back to how I was before the accident, and it’s been a huge relief. Would definitely recommend her!

Well I can say that I have had two other accident claims both with injuries.
Treatment is about getting better with the right type of treatment plan this can be quite effective CBI in my most recent treatment this is so far beyond my expectations.
Medically speaking I have had all my questions answered above and beyond in detail & this is comforting knowing I am getting the most efficient treatment suitable for my recovery

Hussein is a well-versed and knowledgeable physiotherapist that knows how to treat patients using easy DIY techniques that can decrease or remove pain, even if said pain is or could be chronic.

I was recommended by my family doctor to visit this clinic to see a different type of physician, but Hussein was able to provide and help assist my problem as effectively as what I thought I needed. Long years of persistent back pain from bending, crouching and heavy lifting was alleviated from 'taping' and simply exercises that I routinely do when I'm physically active in a sport or engaged in similar types of activities from my workplace.

I would recommend Hussein to anyone seeking help with back pain, as his method, which may not seem like much, are effective to get the job done.

Over the past year I have had excellent physio therapy and support from Celia Chen for two unrelated issues. She listens well and modified treatments as we went in response to my feedback. In relation to both situations she researched my issues outside of my appointment times and shared what she had learned in ways which I could understand. There is no button here to give her six out of five but you get the point.

I was in a car accident in August and my insurance company suggested CBI since they are so close. From the day I walked in this team has been nothing but amazing. Celia, Amanda & Sharon always welcome me with such a warm smile and I can tell when I’ve come in they’ve discussed my case and have new suggestions for how I can improve. I’m already seeing so much progress and I can tell they’re genuinely happy for all my wins. Really great therapists, they treat you like family, I would highly recommend this team!

After sustaining a shoulder and neck injury through a car accident I was referred to CBI through my gf’s car insurance company. I have been attending physiotherapy for the past month and a half and the staff have been amazing in helping me get back to full mobility by decreasing the pain in the injured areas. Celia has been fantastic and has been very informative in regards of explaining what she will be working on in each session. She explains the purpose of each muscle and joint and what she will be helping me achieve in each meeting. Amanda has been great and is in charge of providing me with the right exercises by strengthening the muscles and joints. She has done a tremendous job in helping me get me back to full health. Amanda makes sure that posture is key and that by improving my stance that it will help me in my recovery. Both Celia and Amanda have been integral in my recovery and because of them I have been able to return to work without any restrictions and decreased pain. They have been great in preventing my injuries from getting worse and has helped me improve with each session.

Now I am seeing Harry for weekly massage therapy sessions and he has been amazing in focusing and targeting the painful areas. My neck and shoulder definitely feel a lot better after each session.

My favourite thing about each session is how welcoming all three are each time I step into cbi. They always ask how the targeted areas are feeling and what my pain levels are. The pain has decreased tremendously and I continue to look forward to future sessions until I am at 100%. And with their help I’m sure I will be back to full health in no time.

I had a great experience at CBI. They developed a treatment plan for a sprained disc in my lower back- within 1.5 weeks I recovered fully. Staff were professional, responsive and caring. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t say enough about Hussein and this clinic. They have got me back to mobility, but most importantly, are supper responsive and follow up even when I miss appointments to make sure I’m on track. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone with back issues.

Having suffered a concussion and injury to my shoulder and lower back in an auto collision, the team focuses on a mutli disciplinary treatment plan that strives to get you back to normal as soon as possible.
They work with you and your needs to return to work (in my case) and provide you with not only the tools but also the knowledge to help you recover.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a health centre which includes physio, rehabilitation, and therapy for all your needs

Celia is fantastic! I've had chronic neck and shoulder pain for over a year now and my family doctor actually recommended this place after my first experience with physiotherapy didn't pan out too well and I'm happy he did! I think for me the most important thing is that whoever I'm working with listens to me and Celia has done exactly this and implemented a plan that works specifically for me and always takes in all of my input. Would recommend!
