CBI Health in Milton is nothing short of exceptional! Giancarlo, the full physio team and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. The facility was very clean. I had a great experience and received excellent care for my recovery needs.

The staff and treatment were better than I could have expected. John, Sneha, Darren, Pierre and Sinthu were lovely; always friendly and very knowledgeable. The office environment was great and I was never kept waiting for my appointment to begin. Thanks to my treatments, I am back on my feet again. CBI Health was referred to me and I would highly recommend to others!

I had a great experience with this clinic. Giancarlo is an excellent physiotherapist who takes his time to really drill down into the problems and root cause of requiring physio. He provides great actionable steps to recovery, and is an overall great person to talk to as well. The overall facility and gym are very clean and well structured as well. No complaints!

Giancarlo was great and professional. He really helped address my groin pain and created an exercise program for me to follow. After following the program for a few days, I felt much looser and pain free.

I would highly recommend CBI Health for all your health needs. Everyone at the clinic is great and very helpful! My knee surgery recovery was suppose to be around 6 months to a year. I started going to CBI health after my surgery and within 3-5 months I was back to almost full health again. Both my physiotherapists Sneha and Giancarlo were amazing and got me back to where I am now. Couldn’t have done it without them. Thanks for the great experience and getting me back on my feet again.

I started visiting CBI clinic in Milton for physiotherapy after a car accident in March 2019. The entire team, from reception to Giancarlo my therapist, massage therapists (and others that were previously there) - was so kind, patient and helpful with my treatment. It's been 4 years and I still go back for other injuries or treatments and have always been treated like part of the CBI family. They go above and beyond in their care and it made my healing journey that much more comfortable. Thanks to the entire CBI team!

CBI is one of the best physio clinics I have been to. They are very responsive and have the best team onboard. I have been with John Giancarlo D'Uva since the beginning and he is amazing at diagnosing and treating the root cause. He takes his time and makes sure you are relieved of your pain. The best physio I have ever experienced. The expertise and care was and always is, incredible. They have some much focus on exactly what the issue is and really give you not only great care but tips and tricks to take home with you that if continued will speed up your recovery. CBI Milton is highly recommended and you won’t be disappointed.

Great attention to detail from all staff members. When I first came to the clinic I expressed my concerns, the manager Gian and his whole team including reception were above average in all aspects. They always went the extra mile to get me the care I needed! They got me mobile again in no time, and gave me a sweet app to do my home exercises, If you’re going here you’re in good hands!

I am so thankful for CBI Health, Milton! The staff there are amazing! Professional, friendly, great work ethic, incredible knowledge, tremendous teamwork. It's such a wonderful place to receive physio treatment!

Update- Recently needed physio and returned to CBI. Glad to see it continues to run like a well oil machine and the team continues to put the patient needs first. They even have a great ap which has little videos to show the exercises recommended to get you stronger! Love it! Coming back here continues to be a great experience.

As someone dealing with lower back issues, I have had to visit a number of Physiotherapists; the service at CBI Health in Milton is head and shoulders above the rest. Sinthuya, the Admin Lead is in my opinion, a reference point in customer service; and the care provided by Giancarlo is second to none. Not only would he explain in plain terms what is going on with you, he goes above and beyond to check up on you to make sure things are going well in between visits. I’d recommend CBI Milton to anyone! The whole team is great. Sinthuya at the front got me an appointment with Giancarlo very quickly! Their new patient system was all online so I didn’t have to waste time completing papers when I arrived so it was nice and efficient. Giancarlo really personalized my experience by showing genuine concern for my recovery. He gave me some tools and exercises that I can use at home on my own time. It was clear that he’s full of knowledge and wants to help!

Radhika is an excellent Physiotherapist. She gives her full attention during appointment to listen and explains the details about treatment. After a ski accident, I had limited range of motion of my shoulder/arm. John and his team assessed and I was amazed at the quick improvement and progress after each session! This physio place is amazing! I recommend this to everyone. I had a rotator cuff tear surgery and i have visited this place since then, but my result has been a lot much better than I expected in short time. I would like to make special shout-out to John and his team. They are very hardworking and very understanding. When I got my surgery, I thought I would never be able to do the stuff that I used to do before, but because of this place, not only that I can do pretty much everything but also do it without any pain or any tense on my shoulder. I am writing a review on my therapist Giancarlo D'Uva. He has been my therapist since August 2019. I am very happy with the service that I received with him and he has always been very attentive with me and assisted me in my treatment program. I had a car accident in October 2020 and it was the hardest impact I have ever had in my life. I was left with a concussion amongst other emotional and mental challenges. From the first call to the receptionist, to the to final interaction, this clinic has been absolutely phenomenal. The care and compasison that I felt as a client cannot be overstated. I was able to go in there in any headspace only to be left each time in a much better space. Their physio team, massage therapy team and front office team are top notch. Each appointment is prompt, professional and on time. Their program supported my recovery and I could not have asked for a better experience. I have been through other physio clinics in my life for contact sports and I have to say this one is the first place where I would send any of my loved ones who needed such services.

Amazing professional staff with high level expertise! This was my first physiotherapy experience after my car accident and I went in with severe shoulder pain, back pain and neck whiplash. Greeted by amazing always positive receptionist Sinthuya and led by expert Giancarlo and Stephen I got advice on daily exercises that I will use for the rest of my life. The massage therapists on site Doretta and Mark have magic healing hands that went above and beyond to fix issues that I didn't even know I had. Go to this place if you want to be fixed! After my car accident, I was diagnosed with a concussion and was referred to CBI by my family doctor. Giancarlo was incredible with his treatment methods, his knowledge and his way of communicating with me. I was treated both in person and virtually, and always felt like I was getting the best care possible. I am finally feeling healthy & like myself again, and it is completely due to his care. This is the second time that I have brought my daughter (V) to CBI Health Centre for the treatment of a concussion. The first time, three years ago, she had been misdiagnosed and consequently spent several months without treatment. When we started going to CBI, the staff were amazing! They worked hard to get her back to her old self. When V injured herself again several months ago, I immediately called the clinic and managed to get in touch with Giancarlo D'Uva, who fit us into a cancellation the same day. He has been absolutely amazing! My daughter is now concussion free! Giancarlo went above and beyond to fit our schedule and the needs of our family. Everyone at the clinic offered to support us in any way that they could, including the receptionists! Despite recent events, Giancarlo maintained just the right amount of contact with us, giving exercises and feedback until he was sure that V was better. Throughout the whole process (both times), it was evident that the main goal of the clinic is to get patients better as quickly as possible, while providing the best and most thorough care possible. I had a nasty bout of vertigo, which I treated, but was then having some different form of dizziness. I was referred to CBI and Christine Wang was the therapist who took on my case. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was quick to assess my needs after an extensive session of my symptoms and concerns. I am feeling pretty much back to normal and am grateful for all that she did and taught me. The WHOLE team is amazing.from the front reception to the back line!

I remember the first time I visited, I was nervous. Then I realized how pleasant they are. They always want to know how you are doing, and they always know how to comfort you/advice you. After my car accident, I suffered a severe concussion. I went to two different clinics before switching to CBI because my doc had recommended them. I am so gald I switched. They are by far the most professional but the best part about CBI is that they truly invest in the recovery of their clients. John and his whole team are absolutely wonderful. They understand concussions and have helped me through my extremely difficult recovery. So don't look anywhere else for your PT/OT/Kin needs. I would highly recommend CBI health centre.
