I would like to say that the treatment provided to me for my vertigo was well up and beyond my expectations! The moment I walked in there for the first time, I was greeted by the receptionist as though we were family or long time friends. My therapist, Hussein, was very professional and explained himself in detail and performed various exercises with me to help improve my condition. I am very grateful to all for everything and very highly recommend anyone with vertigo type conditions to contact this clinic. Exceptional all around

I was really depressed after I met with an accident and I went to CBI health Brampton county court for my physiotherapy and they are a wonderful team. Gisselle (receptionist) is such a pleasant lady she greets everyone so nicely and helps you with all your queries! She is an asset to the institute my therapist Johnson also makes me feel so special and treated me very well. He is very professional and a Pro in his work. God bless them. Johnson is an amazing and very caring professional. He takes his time to ensure you are comfortable, explains what he is doing and why he is doing it and tells you what to expect, constantly checking on you to ensure you are okay. He knows his stuff and treats you with respect.

Me and my family visited CBI health centre after our car accident. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. My mothers first experience at a physiotherapist, she is very happy with her treatment progress with Hussein. He is very knowledgeable and understanding. A wonderful place for your recovery! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately I have had to come back to CBI for another accident. This second time around has been a great experience. Johnson my therapist has been a pleasure to work with. Makes me feel like I matter and am not just another number rolling through. I have also had some appointments with Hussein and both he and Johnson are knowledgeable about the work they are doing and the service they are providing.

I am thankful that I was able to be connected to such a attentive and hardworking team. Giselle (receptionist) has also been a treat and greets each person as they enter the building.she has stayed on top of my appointments and has not made me feel guilty for having to reschedule or cancel an appointment. I have really enjoyed my physiotherapy sessions I have had from my therapist, Johnson Thuan. From the first appointment, he has understood my work environment and how I can better improve the way I work everyday so my body feels more relaxed. Johnson is a very easy person to talk to, he is very professional and passionate about his work. I appreciate that he takes the time to explain where he wants to relieve tension. With every appointment, I have been feeling so much better!

I fractured my ankle and tore tendons and after wearing an air cast for 7 weeks, I went to see Johnson for help with the pain from the tendon injury and he was very knowledgeable and with massages, exercise and acupuncture, I finally see some light at the end of the tunnel. He is very good and explains everything both before and during treatment. I would highly recommend Johnson.

After our car accident, I was in lot of neck pain. After starting physiotherapy from my physiotherapist, Johnson Thuan, I am starting to feel much better. Before even starting treatment, his interaction brings me lots of relaxation and during the treatment, he makes sure I am comfortable. He also explains what he is doing/going to do and how it will benefit me. I am very impressed by the professionalism he brings forward with every appointment. A huge thank you to Hussein (my physiotherapist) and Maria (admin). I had foot issues and Hussein diagnosed and treated issue! My foot recovered in no time at all. Maria was amazing too, took care of all the details. Both were so professional. Place very clean! You won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend!

All of the staff at CBI are extremely professional and helpful. I was being treated for a fractured knee injury by Johnson who was my therapist. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained all of the procedures and what the healing process would be like. Within 3 sessions I was physically improving much faster than I had anticipated. I am now completely okay after a couple sessions. The therapists teach you how to continue doing exercises at home and every session is to help further your healing progress so that it isn't a waste of your time. The rest of therapists and staff are also very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend CBI to anyone who is looking for therapy.
