I was a patient of CBI for several months post back injury. The staff are very warm and welcoming. Incredibly professional yet personable. Both Silvia and Todd were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I found remarkable improvements in a relatively short amount of time as a patient of CBI. 5 stars guys, 5 stars. They also offer candy at the front desk.

I had several months of severe pain. I am an avid Walker, 5-10 km. Most days. I used a Walker at one point. Nothing seemed to help. I’d seen a physiotherapist locally but the exercises didn’t seem to help at all. My Doctor referred me to CBI and slowly I began to recover. I am back to my normal routines and will always tell people about my excellent experience.

This group of specialists helped me get back to work after a shoulder injury, got my game back into lifting as well. Been using this crew since they were downtown. Highly recommend! They've helped me through tennis elbow and helped me to walk again after I broke my leg.

Jamie asks to much unnecessary and uncomfortable questions. I felt very uncomfortable at such a vulnerable time when im supposed to be relaxed physically and mentally.

I have been coming for only 2 weeks and I find the staff are all professional and pleasant to work with.

All staff members, from the front desk to the therapists and assistants, are fantastic! I want to thank them all for their support, professionalism, and caring about me and everyone at the clinic! God bless you all!

I would recommend this clinic for anyone needing this type of care. I found them to be very knowledgeable and professional. Jincy and Celine are excellent at what they do.

Allison is excellent at listening, working with me; and modifying my exercise program to deal with my body’s quirks, weakness, and pain level.

I visited this centre last week to book appointment for physiotherapy, as I was waiting, the receptionists failed to greet me or ask why I was visiting. Receptionists did not even bother to smile. With a mask face I was told they dont run my rx through insurance, which is something I was not told when I booked my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I had to waste more than 15 mins filling out forms that they forgot to email me ahead of time, resulting in me losing time from my therapy session. 10 mins into my session, the assistant came in telling the physiotherapist that the next patient is already here, the therapist ended up rushing my appointment just to get to the next patient. Will never be back. I only gave 1 star because I cant give 0 stars:)

Staff are all friendly. Todd is very knowledgeable, good listener, patient, respectful and kind throughout my treatment. I would recommend him and the CBI health.

I been coming here for few months now and the service is amazing. Everyone is cheerful which makes a huge difference specially when u r coming in pain. I really enjoyed my treatment with Jincy. She was always going miles to make sure am healing. She is very kind and patient Thank u Jincy and everyone:) I definitely recommend this location

I will strongly recommend this clinic if anyone needs physiotherapy. I was unable to walk or stand but after 2 or 3 sessions of physiotherapy, I started walking much comfortably. Jincy Joseph is amazing physiotherapist. All the staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. Overall, atmosphere is very good at this clinic

I am very happy with the service, I have multiple therapists here. Adam Ly is amazing and very thorough and Tyson the chiropractor is fantastic. Highly recommend these two therapists.

This clinic is truly a blessing! I am always happy to arrive to my appointments knowing I will be greeted with warmth and encouragement from the receptionists! The therapists are all super knowledgeable and involved in your recovery and treatments, making sure that you're getting the care you need to heal and bounce back to your daily lifestyle. The support of the staff has made my treatments something I look forward to on a weekly basis, and i feel that i am getting some of the best care around from this clinic! They really are a cohesive unit working together for their patients, every aspect of my experience here has been positive! I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help recovering from injury, CBI will help you to have your goals laid out and met with quality knowledge and guidance to get you back on your feet. Kind, honest, caring i could go on all day, 10/10 would recommend CBI to family or friends!

Personnel at the Centre have all been friendly, accommodating and helpful. Feel at ease and confident in the treatments received. They explain why they do the stretches and treatments that they do, ad do their best to alleviate the pain to get you more mobile. I drive a distance for treatment here because of the confidence I have in the process and the inclusion of the surgeon and the physios.

I highly recommend this clinic. Everyone goes out of their way to please. Todd and Jessica were gentle and successful in giving me relief of neck pain. They certainly know what they are doing and I always felt I was in good hands. Along with Tara this team were patient in teaching me physio excercises. They were always helpful and understanding if I had any questions or concerns. Todd worked magic on my neck. This clinic may not be in your neighbourhood but honestly it is worth going out of your way if need be for such amazing and fantastic care. The best!

A very positive experience at a difficult time. I was experiencing a great deal of pain when I started treatment for sciatic nerve issues radiating down my left leg and was treated with kindness by everyone at the clinic, particularly Jenny and Tara. Education is an integral part of the program at this clinic. I am now pain free and have a real understanding of what to do if I experience flare-ups and how to maintain a preventative day-by-day routine. Thanks to everyone.

Disappointed. Two members of my family attended and I witnessed how their service is unprofessional. There is one very rude administrative and apparently no real treatment when you are referred there through insurance company.

Based on what they told me and I saw, I don't recommend this place and let alone if you don't speak English fluently. CBI, please do not pressure your patients and generate them stress, you should solve your own administrative issues.

The stars I gave are just for the occupational therapy, that apparently is good.
