I've been visiting CBI for the last 8 months for therapy on my shoulder (partial rotator cuff tear). It has taken a long time but the exercises and therapy Mr. Sam Jumbo have given me have really helped me. I highly recommend Mr. Jumbo specifically for treating shoulder pains. The staff at this location are very helpful too. Thanks!

I have been attending CBI for many years now and I follow my physio to whatever clinic she is at! She is amazing and is not the issue at hand. The last time I was there I got new insurance and I gave them all the information they needed to put it through. When I came up from my appointment they claimed they were unable to submit. That's fine, it happens. So I went home and submitted it myself, with the result of that it was already submitted and would be paid to the provider. When I contacted my insurance and told them the provider said they were unable to claim it they said no they did submit it and then tried multiple times after as well. So when I called and told CBI I got nothing but attitude vs trying to help and figure it out. I have worked in a medical office and I know how this should have been handled vs how it was handled. I will say the one admin, Winter, was the only helpful one but the others were nothing but horrible! They do not know what they are doing and just give you attitude if they get caught in a lie or mistake! So now I am short money and the front end staff won't admit to their mistake!

Felt very comfortable at this physio clinic. The location is spacious and the entry/exit protocols are strong so you feel safe visiting in person. The staff are very professional and friendly - especially Lisa at the front! Highly recommended.

I came here seeking treatment with company insurable benefits that cover $2500.00 for physiotherapy however needed per annual, but realized any clinic that would lock the front doors to the building their office is in; leaving an injured patient standing outside to suffer in the cold is not a place that will provide adequate care

Staff were polite, respectful, and in good humor with all this Corona going on. My Physiotherapist was fantastic, and obviously I will be back

I work at Western University as Laboratory Supervisor. My right thumb was locked suddenly on Nov 1,2018. I got trigger thumb with sever pain and stiffness and I could not move my thumb at all. My thumb was stuck in one position with extreme pain. My family doctor referred me to a specialist, but they told me the waiting time could be up to eighteen months! Therefore, I was sent to CBI Health Centre - London Wonderland S clinic for physiotherapy.
I was suffering from pain and inflammation into my right thumb joint, pain through the muscle in palm, decreased grip strength, and repetitive motions flare symptoms.
After some sessions with Mr. Jamie Bailey, I had brief relief with therapy, and Jamie helped me get my pain under control while waiting for the surgery. I had an overall major improvement such as increased range of motion, decreased stiffness, and little straighter. Jamie worked on my thumb very well, and I cannot believe the difference. Jamie is very knowledgeable, and extremely well rounded, intelligent, and caring physiotherapist. Jamie took great care to understand my thumb’s problem. He took the time to explain everything to me. He helped me to recover from pain in my thumb and helped with straightening of my thumb.
Jamie is the best physiotherapist I know. I cannot express how grateful I am to Jamie for his professionalism, his knowledge and the way he treats his patients with courtesy and respect. The advice and treatment I have received from Jamie have been exceptional.
This clinic is super friendly and caring. Amazing care from this clinic, from reception to the treatment indeed. I would absolutely recommend CBI Health Centre - London Wonderland S clinic, as a place to seek treatment. This clinic is on your side and wants to help you achieve a full recovery in a little time as possible. Great location! Especially, I would like to thank Tammy, who sits at the front desk, and it was always a great joy to be greeted by Tammy. Tammy and Jamie were both very kind and cooperative and helped me to schedule my appointments based on my very busy schedule. Jamie was seeing me at a time that suited me after work. I would also like to express my appreciation to the administrative officer at the CBI Health Centre - London Wonderland S clinic. Phenomenal experience all around!

Bethany was amazing and helped my with all that I needed. She is very professional and surprises me each day with a glowing smile and a friendly hello (by name).

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at CBI. I have been patient now for just over 6 months. They have helped me through a lot. I recommend CBI to anyone in need of there services!

Currently visiting weekly for a neck issu. Never been to physio before this but I have loved my experience so far. Appointments are always on time and all the therapists and assistants are friendly and make me feel so welcome. Love going here!

Appeared good at first. If you dont follow their routine, they brush you off because they want their $$$ asap. Kin therapist was very demanding, pushing me to go in for treatment when I fell very I'll and had an injury which wouldn't allow me to stay. They dont monitor you properly, I mean you may as well pay for a personal trainer in a gym and pay half the price. They also try to make quick, easy money with insurance companies, not caring about their clients. Physiotherapist was good, but I practically paid to only have heat pads put on for most of my treatment. I mean I can do this at home close to zero cost.

I have been seeing stephanie for physio on my back. She is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, punctual and always makes me feel comfortable! Jamie and stephanie are both great therapists! I would definitely recommend this office to help your aches and pains!

My experience with CBI exceeded my expectations. The staff was wonderful and always ready to help. They focused on my needs and went above and beyond to make my rehabilitation as easy and painless as possible. I highly recommend this clinic!

The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to work around your schedule for appointments. If needed, I'd definitely come back to this location for physio treatment.
