THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE 0 stars.they have called me on Thanksgiving multiple times, not to mention my work back to back for hours on end. I am currently filing a complaint through the Ontario Government anyone who wants to contact me to add their story please contact me. AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN LISTED WITH THE BBB of Canada! As I am filing a complaint currently. Along with the Ontario Collections Guidelines I will be filing one there too! This company is ridiculous. Correction, since this post I have filed a complaint to BBB Canada. I hope this stops, they can not keep treating people like this.

0 stars, called me over 100 times regarding someone else’s debt that i am not in contact with anymore, i’ve expressed this and they still attempt to contact me, i’ve been cussed at over the phone and harassed.this place needs to be reported and shut down

Never heard of them until today. They called my employer for the first call and said to them a security company that they are going to charge me with fraud. I never even had a chance to speak to them yet to setup a arrangement.

They called up and the first thing they said is they were filing a lawsuit against me over a credit card.

They use scare tactics, guilt tactics, and everything that only ended up in a screaming match where trying to call their supervisor was pointless. I eventually contacted the Better Business Bureau to get them off of me as to many of their tactics were illegal.

This is a fraud company which loots customers. They run in different names

There’s one guy who picked up my call, was by far the rudest person ever. Has no clue what customer service means! I’ve dealt with better companies with exceptional service. BUDDY, If you hate your job that much, do us all a favor and QUIT. You know who you are.

I wouldve give a negative score if theres an option, poor customer service, extremely rude
