I wanted to make a change in my policy. Called monday morning first thing. Got a human being on the line. Sent documents through email. Got called back later in the day. Policy change finalized the following morning. This kind of service is rare to find in any business nowadays!

Was with Them for over 5 years and was cut off due to an accident I was not involved in. Would not recommend this company.

When I did not have a good experience hearing back from the insurance company after an accident, I called Maura at CCV and she escalated. Within an hour, I heard from the insurance company and, within two hours, my claim was filed.

Maura and the team assure me I'm important to them, not just with words but with action!
