Brought my cat hoot in for his first bath and nail trimming, was a little scared leaving him for 3 hours, rest assured my hoot was fine and smells great also got all his knots out highly recommended! Ty cd studio!

This place is amazing! My dog has anxiety and doesn’t get along with everyone! But Cindy does a really good job calming down! She’s amazing!

My dog is a Maremma Sheepdog with a big white fluffy double coat and she always comes home beautiful. She can be a bit of a big baby but the staff seem to always handle her well with no issues. It is also quite reasonably priced for the amount of effort and work they put into taking care of my doggo. Highly recommend to all my friends with pets!

Well deserved recognition for great work every time. I bring my 2 cats here for a annual shave for built up matts to relief themselves from all the fur! I began coming here when Cindy (the owner) had just her first shop, and they have grown so much having multiple shoes across the GTA.

I will ALWAYS make out the one hour drive to get my cats taken care of here. Thank you? ‍‍

Great groomers! My dogs get fabulous service and treatment here. I highly recommend booking in regularly as they get busy!

We brought Mocha here for the first time and we were very impressed by Nelson's groom work. It was exactly what we wanted and he was able to take care of all Mocha's difficult mattes. Will definitely return

They did a great wash and dry on my dog. Also, I like the fact that they have now opened up the grooming area door so we can see pets being groomed. A little improvement on customer service could have landed a 5 star rating.

We’ve been bringing our dog here for a nail trim for more than a year now and is always great and fast service.

I had to take my dog for a cleaning/grooming as an emergency yesterday (my dog rolled around in something that left her smelling truly awful). C&D pet studio kindly accommodated us into their already-busy schedule on a last minute request and did a fabulous job with the washing and grooming. They seem like very nice people!

First time bringing my 4month pup in for his grooming. They did well considering my pup would not stay still (especially when I’ve tried at home) Very nice staff. Prices are extremely reasonable, will be returning and recommending to others!

Took my dog here for a full grooming yesterday and my experience was good. The reception staff was kind and welcoming. I'm also happy with the haircut (of my dog). The price was reasonable, similar to Petsmart. They seemed to have a lot of experience with senior dogs.

My lovey Husky Milo really needed a bath and was shedding like crazy. After googling a few places I came across C&D Pet Studio and I am so happy I found this place. They did an amazing Job with the deshedding process and my sweet boy looks amazing. I would highly recommend this place!

They cut of my pet eyes.my poor dog has got infection. The person grooming clearly didn't know what they were doing. My dad called a manager and they said "well you signed a waiver so we're not liable". Breaks my heart. Please avoid to go to this place

Went to this place a few times, they were mediocre at best with the job they do. I called to book an appointment the receptionist said she'd "call me back" never did. I called with my number and they did not answer, when I called with a blocked number they answered. They never explained why they were avoiding my call - as every time Ive went in they've complimented and told me my dog is well behaved. Would not recommend to anyone.

This is the worst grooming EVER that my dog had it.

Took my Cat for a nail clip and sanitary SHAVE they did a good job with the nails but obviously have no clue what a sanitary SHAVE is, cause she came back with as much fur as when I left her, even after I asked then yo shave dome more, it still looked like they did nothing. Won't be going back.

Very professional and friendly. They did a good job grooming my chowchow and the price is very reasonable as well ️

The groomers here are really nice and professional. I brought my husky/malamute rescue here and he honestly just hates grooming. But they were able to get him nice and clean and de-shed:). Price was super affordable too! Will definitely come back for his next groom.

Brought in my longhaired cat fir a haircut. The staff were amazing and did a wonderful job with her! They were super patient with what I wanted, and took their time doing my cat's. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to everyone

This was my first time there but i felt good. I will definitely update my review next month when i will do a full grooming with the hair cut. I assume that staff is nice and helpful there cs i made an error and booked at different location but they were kind enough to accommodate me and squeeze me in.

Been going to C&D since I got my first dog, Jammie. Now both my dogs, Peanut Butter and Jammie, go to them for their monthly grooming. They always come back smelling fresh and looking beautiful.

My first time going there today. Brought 2 dogs a puppy and a senior for nail trim. Noticed a yellow powder on puppy's paws when I picked her up and I said she got a cut he casually said yes, not even a sorry. Brought the senior dog home and she has 2 cuts and bleeding. Called the establishment and he was arguing with me saying whyou should have seen it as if Im the grokmer. Horribleeeee place never going there againsaying

The groomer did a great job grooming my dog. The store is tidy and customers are welcomed to watch the grooming.
The groomer is hard working and always tries her best to accommodate customers’ schedules.
Compared to other pet store, the charge is very reasonable. Strongly recommended!

It was a great experience there! We got a bath and trimming and they said Hachi was quite calm during the bath. Hachi got clean and fluffy after the bath. Nails were trimmed very well and we would definitely go back again.

Just got back from our first pet spa day! Really amazing service, kind staff and our pup was so comfortable there and loved the experience. She smells and looks amazing. They did really great work! Highly recommend C & D!

Cindy & Helen are truly amazing. I took my husky to get a full groom; at first he was anxious but they worked their magic and soon enough he was very comfortable. Cindy is very knowledgeable and gave me great daily grooming tips. Lupin will now be her regular client ;). Thank you Cindy & Helen!

Highly recommended! It was my baby girl's first bath at C&D. It was amazing! The place is cozy and neat, and it smells good. I got the chance to take a peek at her when she was inside in the bath tub. I like the idea of spa for dogs, although they might not know what spa is. The price is affordable as well. The owner is super professional and patient. Thank you!
