This is our third time using Gina Ceci.it tells a story, I am very satisfied with their prompt service.
The clerk that our file was assigned to is Karen Gobin. About a month before closing, Karen and I were in contact with one another, ensuring that all documentations and other requirements would be terminated at least two days before the builder releases the keys.
I have to mention that not only did Karen handle my requests in a polite manner, but also demonstrate professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and best of all very punctual and follow up with me to ensure that she delivers customer satisfaction.
With this in mind, I have no regrets recommending Gina's Law Firm in closing one's house deal.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Gina. She was very unprofessional and rude. NO patience at all. She never answered emails and when she did she always asked you to call her or she would call you, which she was hard to get a hold of. She never emailed anything to us so she would forget who we were and the details of the transaction because nothing was written down. It was hard to understand and explain things to us due to no emails between us. She never explained the purchase agreement, and when we asked questions about the builder and our RIGHTS as purchasers, she was very impatient and didn't seem to care about us. I do not recommend. With these troubling times, and builders already being greedy I don't think it's right for lawyers to tell their clients to pay whatever the builder wants without any questions being asked. She then just gave up on our transaction, in the middle of our house being almost firm to find another lawyer.

Me & my husband Mario Tolja are realtors who have worked with Gina for over two decades. Gina is a professional through & through and someone I look up to not only in a professional capacity but also on a personal level. I have complete trust in her and her team; once my client's choose Gina and her team starts working on the deal, I can rest easy. I have worked with other lawyers as well, but Gina is the only one i know who will not give me any last minute s urprises or have any hidden costs. Her team is also responsive and have helped me work through closing some complicated deals.

Please stay away from them. This is a honest and truthful review. They don't respond to emails or calls. They will ignore you.
I suggest you choose a different law firm. Be smart.

Receptionist is quite rude over the phone and would not let me finish talking. She just hung up.

The lawyer Gina Ceci while talking to my mother yelled and her and made her cry while the entire time blaming her to the point she could have a attack because of high blood pressure DO NOT USE HER!
