Cedar Springs Landscapes

We worked with Cedar Springs in 2020 to redesign our entire backyard space. From the outset with design concepts and idea generation, to execution with carpentry, irrigation, lighting, painting, masonry and final steps with planting, the team at Cedar Springs was great to work with at every stage.

We were able to transform our home curb appeal in the front and the simple yard in the back into an urban oasis. Even 3 years after the work has been done they have been helpful with any customer service inquiries and stand behind their warranty of shrubs/plants. When we had concerns with some greenery that was not growing after the 1st year, they replaced it with no issue and in a timely manner. The staff at the office and at the site were very professional and knowledgeable.
Cedar Springs was more expensive than the other landscaping firms we looked at but we feel you get what you pay for and this is apparent in the service we still get years after our project is complete.

Built a covered patio and some yard hardscaping 6 years ago. The hardscaping has all held up without movement or weeds creeping in. The covered patio is still our favourite place to be and has extended our yard to almost year round enjoyment. Thanks Cedar Springs. Highly recommend you and the crew we had. They were wonderful!

I appreciated having both Trevor as our design consultant and Josh as project manager. Josh was the one point of contact, and made the process extremely smooth and largely hassle free from our perspective, communicating with the trades that cedar springs did not have in house. I was impressed with his responsiveness and can-do approach throughout the project.

We had a great experience with Cedar Springs from our initial visit with Derek. They were refreshing to work with because unlike a lot of the other landscapers that we spoke with, they were interested in solving the problem and delivering on an outcome, and not just selling landscaping products and services. Our completed backyard project with a bubbling rock feature turned out lovely!

The Cedar Springs landscape team are not only very professional in their work, they really enjoy gardening. Amber and her team came over to help clean up a few issues and general garden maintenance. Amber immediately identified some issues and a remedy, got on with the work and left my garden GREAT. I was outside in the garage while they worked and could hear the Team, simply having a great time while they got the job done.

We did an extensive front and backyard renovation with Cedar Springs in 2022. We couldn't be happier with the work they did. Their work is extremely high quality. Our main points of contact - Josh was our PM, and Myles was our onsite manager - were fantastic to deal with. Both guys went above and beyond for us many times. Myles was at our house daily for the better part of a year, and was always so wonderful to speak with, and such a hard worker. My toddler learned his name right after she started saying "Mama" and "Dada". Josh would often show up to check progress and troubleshoot any issues that cropped up along the way (as to be expected with such a significant project).
Any staff that they had onsite throughout the project were extremely courteous, friendly and tidy - and of course skilled at their trade.
I highly recommend working with this company.

We had a backyard makeover in the summer of 2021, and it was such a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Cedar Springs went above and beyond our expectations - they were always professional, helpful, and highly personable. The team incorporated our feedback into their designs without question, and worked smoothly with our pool contractor to execute our vision. They were very considerate towards us and our neighbours, even going so far as asking if we wanted them to stop work while our newborn was sleeping, or if they could take our dogs for a walk when we were busy. We absolutely love our new backyard and it has already brought our family so many joyful memories, with many more to come!
