Front desk employee is not giving answer I come this morning Durham too Scarborough see to doctor they not giving me appointments.doctor are all good but front desk employees are so rude.

I was leaving for a flight the dr. Office was actually closed and I had no other way of getting treatment before I left Dr. Ramya actually was leaving. I told seen her and she actually stopped and opened back up the shop to treat me. Without those meds there no way I would have been able to enjoy my vacation it took a few days before I was better but I’m so grateful. Definitely true to her oath and someone I’d recommend seeing. They also saved me money when I didn’t have my health card and gave me a discount on the pharmacy amazing people and service. I’d definitely go back if I needed a dr. In the area

They have zero respect for your time. If 0 star is an option, I would rate them 0. Do not come here if you value your time. Waiting times is ridiculous. If you booked an appointment, come in after 1 hour of your appointment since they’re are always late when checking in appointments. ALWAYS.

On top of that, they have the worst receptionists ever.

Worst clinic ever! There never an appointment available when you need it. Makes you wait despite of your booked appointment. Staff is rude and arrogant. Absolutely worst!

For a long time, I was worried about taking an appointment with my doctor, but despite calling many times, I was not able to get it. Yesterday, I spoke to Ms. Zebish, so she gave me an appointment and confirmed by calling. Thank you very much Ms. Zebish, you helped me and also made me realize that you are a very hardworking employee.

Great experience with Dr. Hassan on our first today. He is polite and attentive and listens our concerns. Lady Receptionist and both pharmacists in hijab are polite. Waiting time is normal. We waited almost half an hour as there were 2 patients ahead of us. Overall great experience 5/5.

My experience with Dr. Iqbal is by far the best I’ve had with any doctor. Patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. I feel very lucky to have her as my ob!

The doctor at this clinic is great but getting intouch to speak to a receptionist is impossible. They have a website and expect you to book an appointment just so you don't need to call in. I'm not going to book an appointment to ask a simple question (something a receptionist can answer). On top of that there is a feature on the website where you leave your info for the receptionist to call you back. They don't call you back! I've left voicemails as well for someone to call me back and again they don't return your call. When you call they put you on hold with a message saying 'all the receptionists are busy at this time please wait for another receptionist' no one actually ever answers the phone. Also what I don't understand is that the website says the clinic is open till 4pm but why is it when I call around 2 pm the voicemail says the clinic is closed? I've never known any medical clinic that makes it impossible to reach someone. This is honestly really bad customer service.
