I came here for my birthday and received a body scrub and relaxation massage. I typically don't get those, but wanted to try something new. They were fantastic! The body scrub was gentle and relaxing and the massage had many little extra touches that just made the experience amazing. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

DISGUSTING treatment. I called in to reschedule as I had woken up with a high fever and they told me they will charge me for the full appointment. I told them I’ll come in and wear a mask, and not reschedule, and they said nope they won’t see me either. So they would not even give me the option of coming in yet charging me for services not completed? ! I have spoken to my lawyer friend and looked up now is actually in violation of Canadian business regulations. Moreover Absolutely lacking in compassion and rude front desk worker who argued with and berated me on the phone as I was trying to calmly explain to her the situation. I was shocked as I have never had a bad experience here before but I will no longer be bringing my business to this establishment and I will be filing a complaint as their policies are an infringement of Canadian consumer protections. AVOID.

I booked a facial and a hot stone massage on my first time to CedarHouse Spa. The hot stone massage was so relaxing and amazing. The facial was probably the best facial I have ever had! Will definitely go back again!

Very clean. Saunas are great. Change rooms are too small and I wish there was a cold plunge. All said, I would go back.

I’ve had a pre natal massage and a facial, before I went to the hospital to deliver my baby by c section. Both the masseuse and facialist did an amazing job at making sure I was comfortable.
Got me pampered and relaxed and at ease considering I was uncomfortable from being 8 1/2 months pregnant.

It’s a small intimate spa, but the staff are very professional and the front desk staff are polite.
I will be returning.

I came here for a prenatal massage and the entire experience was fantastic. The ladies at the front were very friendly, I didn’t have to wait too long to get to my massage room and the masseuse (Barbara) was amazing. Super sweet and thoughtful and really made sure I enjoyed the experience while providing great advice on stretches etc.for my back pain. Would love to come again!

My husband and I had great experience from CedarHouse! We booked RMT massage (60 mins). They focused on our concerns (tensed shoulders, migraine), and exerted enough pressure without hurting our body. We felt comfortable during the session. Will definitely go back! Thank you Daniella and Barbara

I felt relaxed and calm just after my first ever massage. The overall experience was top notch. The interiors, lights, light music and equipments used were so appropriate that anyone can feel relaxed.

Cedar house spa is beauty inside out starting from the owner and her smile then the RMT and it ends with the refresh towels. I respect the quality they provide perfection is the right word.

Had a great experience at CedarHouse. They were very accommodating when there was a communication issue between my partner (who booked the appointment for me) and I. I showed up late and they were able to still take me.

I will say though, that the appointment felt slightly rushed. I was out in about 35 minutes when the appointment was supposed to be for 45 minutes. I’m assuming this is because I was late but I would have appreciated a heads up and I would have likely rescheduled.

The facial itself was wonderful- I did the Fire & Ice and received compliments on my skin for days after. The woman doing my facial was friendly, gentle and pleasant.

My main complaint would be that the spa is super super busy and it’s extremely hard to get an appointment. I had to wait about three weeks before I could find a spot that worked for me.

I would definitely return but it might take them a while to book me in!

This is a five star spa always! I have gotten a full body scrub and a deep cleansing facial with add on eye treatment on 2 separate occasions and both were amazing! The staff is so friendly and they are extremely accommodating to each person's needs.

I can't rave enough about this place, very clean and organized environment also they provided refreshments for customers -complimentary!

I am looking forward to trying different treatments at this location and will be recommending to my close friends and family!

I had a gift card from Xmas, doesn’t matter how good the spa is if I can’t get the appointment and I have to book a month in an advance this 300 dollars gift card is useless. I was complaining but they are happy to sell the gift card but not happy to hear the refund. Of course the business is business, but if you can’t afford amount of bookings calls, all your answer is there’s no expiry date, I started to dislike the person give me the gift card.

This was my second time visiting for a massage with an RMT. The first time was a few years ago before COVID and now. The spa is so clean, bright, and organized. My massage both times was great! They definitely listen to you about your comfort level and pressure you want where other places have been rough and I have left sore. I feel refreshed, relaxed, and got many great tips from Barbara from my visit with techniques to help my shoulders and lower back pain. I cannot wait to come again!

I booked a last-minute appointment for the following afternoon, my first time visiting the spa and first time getting a massage. The next morning I received a phone call to confirm my appointment. Everyone was so friendly and professional! Daniella was wonderful and asked great questions to help address my back pain and any other concerns I had. I visited CedarHouse Spa after the holidays after receiving a gift card from my daughter as a Christmas gift and let me just tell you that it was such a good experience. It was my very first time ever receiving a massage and the registered massage therapist Barbara was simply amazing! Her technique was exquisite and she provided very helpful tips on how I can manage my lower back pain at home. The lady who signed me in at the front of the spa was so kind and the spa was so clean and bright it made me feel that my daughter made the best choice in a spa. I will be returning without a doubt in the very near future.

Went here on a day that the road was blocked. The owner was so amazing and offered to shuttle me, the massage therapist was so knowledgeable and amazing! I love the added touch of coffee and snacks!

This was my first time at CedarHouse Spa and I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I will be returning forsure, along with my friends and family. All the staff were very kind and accommodating whether they were the ones doing the service or not. I really loved how they talked me through what they are doing and why throughout the treatment and answered any questions I had.

I would like to give a special thanks to Marzena who gave me the best massage. She is very kind and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. She was able to quickly identified my problem areas and did an amazing job! I loved how she used her expertise to explain any questions I had about any of my pain areas that she worked on. She also did an amazing job with my pedicure which I did not have for many years. I honestly thought it would take a few visits to remove all the hardness on my feet, but with one visit she made my feet look like new.

Also I would like to give a special thanks to Barbara who did my manicure. She did an awesome job and very pleasant to talk with.

As always the spa is a delight to go to - even if right now the RMT is the only services that can be open. The spa is always a pleasure to visit and during these times - everything is kept exceptionally clean and all proper procedures are followed. I found CedarHouse Spa last year and have been going there for RMT with Barbara since then. She listens to what my problem areas are and works on them so well, that I feel even one session makes a huge difference. She also provides amazing advise that has worked to improve my neck and shoulder pain. I would highly recommend her.
