My name is Stafford along with wife Kathy were pleasantly surprised of professionalism and courteousness upon aquiring a new replacement furnace from Navien in California. Luckily customer service rep. Lois helped make complicated process much easier. Furthermore, the 2 technicians were polite, professional, and courteous through the process.

Asked him to take a look at our non-working furnace and they repaired enough to last until it could be replaced. Quick delivery time, good pricing, clean and meticulous installer

A few weeks ago, on the coldest weekend of the year, the house was getting colder by the hour. We were referred to Cedarwood by a friend. Thank you, what a great referral. We spoke to Steve by phone and with in a few hours we had “Richard” out to look after things. Very personable and diligent with care and procedures of covid concerns. Very professional. We were warm in no time! This week we had Richard come out again to set us up on an annual maintenance program. Thank you also to Lois who explained the program and fit us into the schedule best suited to our crazy hours of work schedule. I would definitely refer Cedarwood Climatecare to family and friends. We have been using Cedarwood for quite many years to look after our house heating and cooling system. I also have used them for a friend's house emergency repair when they were out of the country. They are reliable. Even after usual business hours, someone would pick up my call and find technical support on phone for emergency. The technician I have always been dealing with is Richard (don't know his last name). He is very professional and caring for customer. This year I also got a new heating system from them.

We have been a Cedarwood client for several years and inherited a complex hydronic forced air plus radiant floor system. Our recent new boiler installation ran into some unexpected challenges but the entire Cedarwood team pulled out all the stops to get everything running smoothly. Steve personally went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied.
