We used celebrity limo to get to and from Pearson. They were professional, on time and great to work with. Would reccomend to anyone looking to hire them

We used Celebrity Limousine for our wedding transportation. We booked them for transportation of the wedding party as well as a late night shuttle for our guests. We would highly recommend using their services. The office worked with us to come up with the best package of services for us and the driver was very accommodating and professional. Great service!

Ordered a 30 passenger bus for our wedding day on July 22. The morning of, instead of this bus we received a smaller one due to “mechanical issues. ” We didn’t know about this until the bus literally pulled into the driveway. Our driver told us the boss, Paul, would take care of us on Monday.
I called the following Monday and was told by the receptionist that they were “working out the numbers” and I would would “for sure be contacted by the end of the week. ” This didn’t happen.
After calling again on the Monday after to follow up, I received an email saying I was being given a credit for the price difference of the bus to be used in the future. I called the company back saying I will not have any use for the credit as I will not be using a limo service again in the foreseeable future, and I would prefer to just pay for what I received and be refunded the price difference of the busses. I was told again that management would reach out to me and still, almost 3 weeks later, have not been contacted. I have sent multiple emails & called almost every day to speak to someone and am told “we were told to tell you you have a credit under your name”. The lack of professionalism and avoidance by management is disgusting. My call is also being ignored, but answered if called from another number. It’s is absurd that, in order to get my moneys worth of what I paid for, they expect me to spend more of my own money. I will NEVER be using this company again and will never recommend them to anyone.

They were professional, courteous, punctual and very pleasant from the booking to cheuffering us the day of the wedding! Thank you so much for the kind fleet upgrade! Our cheuffeur Milovan was awesome! He was an outstanding driver and we felt he took such great care of us! Many thanks! My family has been using Celebrity Limo since the beginning of the company. They are stand up people. All the drivers are excellent, kind and courteous. I would never use any other company. I used their Party Bus for my wedding in 2021 and we all had an amazing time! The bus was pristine. I'm having them drive for my daughter's grade 8 graduation and I couldn't be more excited for her. Clara addressed my needs perfectly and booked me the perfect vehicle for my daughter and her friends. Pricing is excellent for the service you're receiving. Will always be a return customer.

The best limo service! They picked us up during a snow storm and got us to the airport on time, Milo is such a gentleman - super guy - and beautiful limo! They tracked our flight and was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. Milo took care of our luggage.even offered to pick up our coats for the return trip! I recommend highly and will use them for any further events! Excellent experience!

Both of our Celebrity drivers were courteous, efficient, very helpful and professional in their demeanour and tasks accomplished.
They were very pleasant people to travel with, on time and careful in their appointed tasks.

We recently booked Celebrity Limo for our Wedding Day in November. This was the first time hiring a limo and it was such a positive experience. Clara was so helpful during the planning and booking process explaining everything and answering all of our questions. She was very efficient, responsive, professional and lovely. We were extremely pleased with both the limo and SUV on the day - both were beautiful and exceptionally clean and new looking. We couldn't have asked for a better driver - Daniel was fantastic! So kind, fun and a great driver. He made our day extra special. Would highly recommend Celebrity Limo and would use them again for any similar needs in the future.

We have been using Celebrity over the last several years, for transport to the airport and for my daughters wedding. They have proven to be very reliable, professional, on time, and courteous. The cars are clean inside and out and well maintained. We will be using them again for a trip in the new year. Clara in the office is a rock star! She is on top of everything right down to last minute flight changes that happen while your away.

Brian was our Limo driver and he was WONDERFUL! SO polite! As it had been raining, he helped everyone come in and made sure that no one's dress would be caught in a puddle. He drove with no issues, addressed where we could play music, where we could talk to him if needed, and made everyone comfortable. Very clean inside and out.
Claire was more than happy when we had some changes late, and I was very appreciative of her ability to do so.

I would recommend anyone with celebrity limousine as it was an amazing experience, especially with a wedding.

We had our wedding on Saturday October 8th, 2022 and Celebrity Limousine service was AMAZING! I had 5 vehicles with them and every single driver was fantastic! They were all on time, early actually and they were all so patient while we would be gathering our things. They always kept up with the timing with the schedule they were given to follow, they were extremely helpful in assisting our bridal party - just down right awesome drivers we had.
