I had a terrible experience with the guy who owns the store. I had left my laptop with him while I was away to get fixed. $350 fix. Unfortunately I had death in the family and decided to go a way for a bit (8-12 months) totally forgot as other things were on my mind. When I got back I went to pay for my up my laptop. And he told me that he doesn’t remember what he did with it? He said may have possibly sold it for parts. All the memories and information on my laptop that I had completely gone. I am still devasted.

I went in with a cellphone I didn't like that I broke often and left with a good durable phone recommended to me for my lifestyle. Great reliable shop would recommend to friends and family.

Had my shattered phone screen fixed in less than 2 hours at 3/4 of the price other places wanted to charge for an EOM screen.
From pricing, to service and wait time I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Al is the most honest and helpful person I have ever dealt with. He went above and beyond with my issue. If anyone needs phone or tablet repairs, you must go see Al. You will not be disappointed.

Update - I received a call the next day from Al, the owner. My phone was fixed - the motherboard had a short in it. I told him I did not authorize this repair and explained what happened the day before. He explain the situation around what was involved repairing these phones and apologized for my inconvenience. I asked how much he told me $70. I asked him if the phone is working properly now if it was charging properly? He said it needed a new battery, I asked how much he told me he would throw it in. I felt this was more than fair. I asked about the back and he explained to me it would be another hundred dollars, that would take me to 170 and he felt it wasn’t worth it for an iPhone 8. I agreed. He suggested a case which would cover the whole phone. I asked how much he said $30. This is a great deal for an OtterBox case I believe. So I am very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this business. I believe I’ve learned a lesson, ask for a manager when you’re not happy before you give a bad review. If I could give no stars I would. I left my phone (iPhone) there on a Saturday afternoon and they said they would call me by five to tell me what the issue and cost would be (back case broken/not charging). No call back. I called several times with no answer and voice mail full. I finally reach then the following Thursday. Took some time for them to figure out which phone was mine and then they tell me it’s charging but the back is smashed. I question the charging (it starts to charge then stops) and he comes back with oh yes then it’s a motherboard issue! Really? Not confident he had any idea what he is talking about as two seconds before it was just the back cover …. Picking up my phone and going elsewhere. Brought it here based on some good reviews, should have paid more attention to the bad reviews.

What a great place with honest people. My iphone 14 Max pro was ran over by a car. It was completely crushed. I went to apple store and few other stores and they said that I needed a new phone and would lose all my info. I went to Cell Phone Solutions and they worked on my phone for 3 days, saved all the informations and made it exactly as before, a new phone. The price was very fair, I was only charged for the parts. It was the best solution that I could even imagine. Highly recommended.

Went in on a referral from a multi-time customer and was completely impressed with Al. Honest, quick and very helpful. Will be back and strongly recommend for the honesty and helpfulness. My phone is working perfectly again!

My screen broke and Al replaced it at a very reasonable price. Great service. My wife needed a new phone so we saw Al and purchased an open box iPhone from him. He transferred everything from the old phone to the new phone for us.
Al is an amazing person to deal with. I highly recommend this place.

I left my phone on top of the car. I had to go home in a hurry and I forgot it by the time I found it it had been run over by a car. Al tried his best and had it sent out to try to repair of the board, and it was not a success. However, he didn’t charge me anything and I thought he was fantastic very professional. I’d go there again in a heartbeat.
