The bottom mic on my iPhone XR stopped working and it was driving me crazy as I could not take or make calls on speaker as the person on the other end could not hear me when I responded. I could hear them, they could not hear me (unless I took it off speaker). Voice Memos did not work either. At first I thought it was an Apple thing and tried so many things to correct the issue by following suggestion online. Nothing worked. I called Cell2Fix and explained the situation. They said they could fix it, sounded like the mic and charging port needed to be replaced. They were very knowledgeable, professional and polite. They took care of me right away. I had my phone back, good as new in about 1 hour! The price was very reasonable and well worth it. Excellent customer & technical service. Thank you Cell2Fix.

I needed my iPhone charging port changed as it was not charging. In the email they said that they would replace it for $50 dollars. After the repair, I checked it and realized that they just cleaned the port and still charged 50. They didn't even mention that it just needs to be cleaned. I could have done that myself

In addition they allowed me to trade in my iPhone 7 (in wonderful condition). And put the money towards an in store purchase, for a new phone unlocked and in perfect condition.
