1 star, but wish I could give zero!
My back screen was broken, my phone got fixed here. The back screen itself is fine, but now my front screen is not.
I was told 30-50 minutes for the repair, ended up taking over 2 hours. No problem, I went home and went back to pick it up. When I got my phone, I was told to wait 2 hours before turning it on.
When I got it turned on later that night, there is front screen damage that wasn’t there before! Dead pixels. I went back and was told “how do I know you didn’t cause the issue? ”
1. I have never had dead pixels and lots of broken screens.
2. It hadnt even been 48 hours before I returned back to try to resolve the problem.

The customer service was not good. If you make a mistake, it’s understandable but make it right, rather than blame your customers when I followed all the guidelines set out by them when my phone was repaired.
