Great store I was able to get my phone fixed in 30 minutes with a brand new screen. I called other stores and was given quotes almost double what I fixed my screen for. Informative and friendly staff. Came in based off of reviews and am very satisfied and mpressed.

The most honest repair store in Ottawa my screen was frozen and the touch was not responding. I took it to a few phone repair stores and they all told me that the screen needed to be replaced. Finally I took it to Cellphone Repair Center and they were able to fix the phone free of charge! All that was needed was a hard reset and software update. Very friendly and honest people 10/10 recommended.

They have repaired two of my phones. Both repairs were done quickly and the prices were reasonable. I will be using them for future repairs.

Fast and efficient service. My phone kept on crashing and reloading and the battery was draining fast. Staff was concise and diagnosed my phone effectively. Battery was replaced within 15 min and was operating like brand new. Reasonable price and offered me a discount and a new phone in the future. I had a great experience at the Cellphone Repair Centre! I brought my iPad to be fixed since the screen was broken. They were able to fix it and give it back to me the same day. I called around and was getting quotes from $150-$250. They were able to do it for $120 for me and were very polite and friendly. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Lawan did a fantastic job! My Samsung Galaxy A70 charging port stopped working. I ran all my internal and external diagnostics.called around and read reviews. He was straight up when I called for price, time to repair and if he could repair it if I brought it in within the next hour. He said 1hour and it was done in that time. As I suspected, he did have to replace the charging port and he also said to save my receipt because they warranty their service for 6 months. Now this is what I call GREAT SERVICE!

Side note: Do your research, read the reviews, call around and ask straight up. Oh and don't fall for the line, we replace with only Samsung parts, therefore it costs $129. Let me tell you.this job As of september 2022 should cost between $40 and $75 and on average for most phones, and it takes between 45minutes to 1hr. Anyone that tells you it costs more and they have to order a part like this so it will take a week shouldn't be in the repair business.

The price is not bad but the suvice and quality are amazing and they are fast with fixing your phone

I went to the cellphone repair center to fix a small problem in my phone. Other places were giving me crazy prices like 75 to 65 dollars, but this guy fixed my phone for only 20 dollars! The shop owner was treating customers with at most care and respect, and definitely deserves more recognition!

After going to multiple stores I received the best price for the front screen replacement for my iPhone.

Please make an effort to wear your mask, especially after the vaccine passport is lifted. You are directly harming people in the process, and also directly harming your wallet, being people like myself will walk out blankly after making some snide excuse.

If I could give negative stars I would. Took my phone in for a broken screen. Was told no problem. It was done quickly. A couple days later the whole top of the screen lifted off. Again not a big deal things happen. After the second gluing my phone and screen is covered with glue. After him having glued it then tried telling me that the screen was cracked again. He almost broke it trying to peel it up to re glue it. I should have been notified before him re gluing it. Which makes me think he is the one that broke it. A couple days later the whole top of the screen is lifting off again along with the bottom corner. I have wasted over an hour per trip going into his store to get my phone fixed. I could have driven to toronto to have the repair done. His solution is for me to go back in so he can re glue and probably damage my phone more than he already has. But he offered me a discount on a new screen. Best advice GO SOMEWHERE ELSE it is not worth the hassle

I had battery issues with my 2 year old pixel 3.
Went in for a battery replacement around the Christmas holidays.
Very friendly staff.
Took a while to get the parts in due to covid and holidays.
Cheaper than the other guys and over all happy with the experience.

Very impressed with the owner and his service! He recommended me to change the battery but not the charge port because the "phone is old and not worth spending the additional money" on it. Honest and great advice from an expert. I highly recommend this place!

they offer a very good and fast service and the gentleman there is just so great.

Went in to get my cell phone screen fixed.

If I could give him 0 i would! I went to get my screen replaced, and got my phone back and it seemed to be working normal, I gave home the $130.00. I asked for a receipt and “Mohamed” refused. But we went through the phone and everything seemed normal. I went home to a phone that isn’t turning on properly, the sound isn’t working and it very staticy. I went in to speak to him
And he said “where’s” your receipt? I tried to explaine myself but he wouldn’t let me speak. He said I wanted to “act white” and “demand things” he said my phone had internal issues and it wasn’t his problem. His very racist and extremely unprofessional. His nice when he wants to pretend to provide a service but a douche after taking your money. He said I was calling him a thief when all wanted was for him to fix the problem he created in my phone. He will mostly likely come under my review and LIE as he did to my face. I would suggest looking else where to fix anything at this place. Oh and the phone cases he sells are FAKE as I bought one and it cracked my phone. I have reported him and this fraud business to Better Bussiness. I hope this helps!

I was a first time customer to this phone repair center and to be completely honest I feel that the previous reviews with the store don't accurately represent how Mohammad conducts his business. He is very good at his work he went over and above to resolve my cellphone problems and he definitely takes pride in his job and his customers. I believe that sometimes this platform has issues with people taking the wrong steps in giving reviews as it should be about workmanship and not about personal feelings. I will definitely recommend this place as you will not be let down with the service you receive.
