I've been a P Mall (Pacific Mall) Loyalist for Decades however, this company has provided Impeccable service at a fraction of the cost in a timely manner! I asked Siri "find me a local phone repair" and they were the first hit. I called but got no one. I called the other five on the list and got bad repair quotes. Cell Tel Wireless followed up on the missed call, beat all quotes across the board and did the repair Fast and Proper!

I dropped off my hauwei p30 lite about a week ago and was quoted 60$ for a charging port repair and he also threw in a new glass screen protector for 10$, he ordered the piece that was needed for the charging port and said it would be done within 5 to 10 days, he had it done in 3 days! And costed me 70$ total and my phone feels and looks brand spanken new! I'm so pleased with the service! I highly recommend this place, I got qouted at another phone repair shop 140$ just for the charging port repair alonedbd

Amazing service at CellTel Wireless Plus!

The folks at CellTel were AMAZING! I cracked my phone screen last week but I was so worried that I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed during COVID. I gave these guys a call and prayed that someone would answer the phone. After just 1 ring someone answered the phone and said ‘of course we can help! ’. So relieved!

They’ve made sure to keep the store super safe during COVID. They have all of those plastic barriers to keep a safe space between you and the guys working there and they only let 2 people in the store at one time. They also let you book an appointment in case you have a busy day.

They got my phone fixed in 30 min and I was on my way. They have so many cute phone screens too so I picked something up on my way out. I used to go to PMall but didn’t trust that their businesses would be sanitised properly. Now I don’t need to go there anymore because I’ve found a cell store that treats you like a real person and not just a sales number!

I went to get my xsmax fixed. I called in the morning & was able to get in a few hours later. I’ve broken pretty much every phone I have and am familiar with the different quality of parts. The quality of the repair is so good! It feels like a brand new phone, perfect quality and no sensitivity issues on my screen.
