Stopped by mid day to see if they might be able to repair my phone. A couple of hours later. My phone is as if it's brand new. Thank you for the great service and nice smelling store

Absolutely amazing service. I thought I was screwed when my phone seemed to not charge or turn on but they immediately knew what was wrong and had it working in minutes. I'm so grateful.

I brought in my phone which wasn't working. He got it working but couldn't promise me how long it would last. I appreciated the honestly. He answered all my questions but didn't pressure me into a buying a new phone. I eventually bought a phone from him (cellular magician) at a much better price than my provider could give. Very happy with my decision and his service. I would definitely recommend cellular magician.

Fantastic service and pricing. I smashed my S20 FE screen. I walked in, asked for a quote, received a fair price and the representative fixed my phone within 3 hours. I did shop around for other companies and services but this one was the most fair priced and reliable.

I took my phone in to be repaired. William had it fixed within a hour. Same day and quick. Definitely the place to go.

They couldn't fix my phone and when I couldn't make it into town to pick it up right away, they claimed it was abandoned and used it for parts. They did not give me any reimbursement plus I lost my $80+ case.
Plus their prices have DOUBLED!

Very impressed with William at the counter and the service we received. The vendor was honest, knew what he was talking about, performed the repair quickly on the Samung S10+ with camera issues and was very affordable. Highly recommend the service at the St Thomas location

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable service! Fixed my minor problem in 20 seconds and did not charge me. Had previously gone to an Apple service repair place, was told it would cost $40 and would take over an hour. Will go back to cellular magician for all future issues.

I had a great experience with the St Thomas location. My glass screen protector had broken and I was worried about the bits around the camera. It literally took William 30 seconds, To see and fix the issue. I thought it was broken. Just needed cleaning. I would come back again and recommend to friends. Thank you so much!

My child bent the charging port on her tablet. The friendly young man at Cellular Magician got it fixed up for me in just one and a half days even though he estimated it to take 4 business days. He had it ready for me in time for Christmas! Super appreciative! Excellent!

Took my phone in today to be repaired the guy was soo busy working alone on a Tues after a long weekend but he was very pleasant & was knowledgeable with everyone. It took longer then expected but he was very apologetic. Great staff!

Walked in on a Saturday, the guy there was super professional, knowledgeable and quick with having my phone repaired and back to me. Highly recommend and will definitely be back if I need any repairs.

My phone broke while I was at work, and I ended up coming in 30 minutes before closing. I need my phone for work. Kato happened to be working today and despite how close to closing it was, decided to help me out of the pure kindness of his heart. He went above and beyond. Even staying a bit over time DURING A TORNADO WATCH. This man needs a huge promotion, or like a gold star. Genuinely cannot thank Kato enough for his kindness.

Kato was amazing. He knew what needed to be repaired, ordered the par that came in next day and repaired my Samsung phone the same day within the promised time frame he also communicated with me often, politely and truly understands what customer service is! A treat to deal with!

Very happy with the service at St. Thomas. Went in later in the day on July 28th and the service tech even offered to stay late to complete the data transfer and set up of my new phone as the shop was very busy while I was there. We have had other repairs done at this location as well and service was always polite, timely and very satisfied with the workmanship. Would definitely recommend this location.

Kato was fantastic and was able to complete the repair much quicker than he first thought. He was clear, concise, and personable when explaining what need to be done and why, I will definitely be going back if I need another cell phone repair!

I came in with a shattered iPad Pro and they said it would take 3-5 business days, but they actually only took 2! The quality of the repair was amazing and I couldn’t tell a difference between before and after I shattered the screen. Definitely would recommend for any repairs you need. The service was also super quick and friendly!

I write this from the mobile device which declared itself deceased not 1 week ago. With great dismay, I delivered to the shop requesting a post mortem and if possible a burial at sea. Heroically, the staff (Chris and Shawn I believe) reassured me that there was still a pulse. The device had the will to not just live, but to thrive. For less than 2 tanks of gas, my device was returned home, with a renewed sense of purpose and a new lease on life. Today the phone told me (telepathically) that the air smells different. If the phone could eat I'm sure food would taste different.

I had a great experience with Kato in the St. Thomas location he was quick efficient and very knowledgeable about the screen protector I was looking for:) I will definitely be returning for any future fixes or purchases!

I was in a panic. My phone had a dead screen. We were dealing with a family situation and I had to get to an appointment. The tech, Kato, informed me that it would take one to two hours to replace the screen. He then was able, in less than a minute, to restore screen function to my phone. I asked what I owed him and he did not charge anything. I will definately use them again if I need them. The were recommended by my service provider who could not fix the issue.

I've recently had to find help to repair a broken screen on my phone. I was cringing because of the customer service I've had to endure at other device outlets. I thought I'd give Cellular Magician a try.
I was completely amazed by Josh at Cellular Magician in St. Thomas. He is so respectful and kind. He is a one man show. He deals with all repairs and everyone who just walks in off the street that needs help with their device. He never makes you feel like you a fool for not getting it either. His customer service is miles above the rest. Cellular Magician needs to give this man a raise plus a well deserved designated lunch break!
I will definitely be a return customer.

Yesterday my iPhone 7 stopped receiving and making calls so my husband suggested I go to Cellular Magician. I went up this morning as soon as they opened. I told the technician - Josh the issue and he pushed a few things on the phone and did a diagnostic told me what was wrong and gave me a few options. I went with the one that made sense to me - thank you.
