I had a software glitch on my Samsung 21 5G FE and had no idea how to fix it. (I am not tech savvy in the slightest) Ashley knew what to do right away and solved my issue within seconds! Thank you Cellular Magician!

Edit: raising to 3 stars. My criticisms stand but my phone does work so I don't want to be too harsh.

The good: my phone was (kind of) fixed and is usable now.

The bad: I brought my phone in on a Saturday and was told it would be looked after by Tuesday, but it ended up taking a week. When I called toward the end of the week, first I had to sit through the owner's obnoxious automated message telling you to "hang up now" and not ask when your phone will be done, and then when I actually spoke with him, he lectured me again. The worst part is the reason I brought it in for repair in the first place was because the power button wasn't working properly, and it still isn't. I have to repeatedly push the power button to turn the screen on or off. Two stars because the phone is at least minimally usable, but a long wait for an expensive fix and the condescending lecture all for a phone that was not fully fixed just doesn't merit anything better.

They are nice, friendly and they are very good in fixing computers very fast. I took my computer which wasn't working for them to fix it for me, they gave me a time when they will finish and they finished right at that time. My computer was fixed so well that it looks like a new one. They are professional and they are good at their job.

You've had my phone twice and it's still not fixed. I brought it in with a black screen. Yes, I can see pictures and all, but as I explained when I brought back 3 days ago, the brightness now cycles from high to medium and back to high again - constantly. The auto is off and the brightness is set to full because I have I require full brightness. I rebooted it a few times and it's still doing it. That second time you had it for what, two days? And then you called me saying it's fixed? I don't think you you did a damn thing, except inconvenience me by hanging on to my phone and snooping through my photos (illegal, by the way). You say you pride yourselves on your workmanship - if you do, fix the damn phone - or are you not capable? I'm beginning to wonder. I told the gatekeeper who took it in exactly what the problem was - but she was too busy snooping, being contrary, condescending, and generally not paying attention to anything I said. Maybe the problem IS your front line, because if she did not convey the information I told her (because she wasn't even listening to me - even my wife remarked how much of a useless bich she was), it 'should' be working properly, right,? Because a proud service technician would fix the problem, right? Apparently not. We'll be seeing you a third time, and perhaps a fourth, fifth, sixth, as many as it takes until you actually fix it.

Fast friendly service! Replaced a broken screen on an iPhone 11 in about an hour for 139 bucks. Thanks team!

I love this place! I am in the landscaping business and when my phone goes down I need it fixed FAST. I have seven trucks. This is the place!

TLDR; 10/10 Would Recommend

Before going to this place I had read the reviews, saw a few negative ones. I still decided to go seeing as how it was on my way to work and there were still more 5 stars than 1 star complaints. Can easily say it deserves 5 stars, I got my phone back within 4 hours. Chatted with the guy, super nice and straight to the point. Not everything can be fixed and some people just maybe don't quite understand what goes on when fixing phones. Not everything is gonna be a one fix fixes all kinda situation. Maybe your experience will be different, but I would absolutely recommend this location

GREAT SERVICE: They replaced my sister’s iPad screen and backing at a very reasonable price in just a few business days. Knowledgeable salespeople/technician gave good advice when asked. Check hours before stopping by: they’re a little bit odd.

Went there 1 year ago cuz my phone won’t charge anymore. The guys were very friendly and helpful. Fixed it fast and gave me a free battery lifespan diagnosis. Definitely a great place to go fix phones!
