Always great customer service. My go to for phone accessories and cases. Excellent prices.

Short version: quick service, gave me multiple options for phone cases, fixed issues with my phone aux cord in a timely manner. No issues with the service, no issues with the phone, all of the negative reviews seem to be from several years ago and are not reflective of the service you get today. Thank you for your help!

Long:
So I had to get a new phone case. Usually I'd just go to the fido kiosk, but lo and behold, nobody was at the counter. So I walked around and found these guys at Cellular X just on my way back. I asked if they had a new case for my phone, they gave me a few options and even gave a discount since my old one was pretty bad. So that was well and good, I paid for it and then they asked if there's anything else I need, since they do phone repairs too. So I burned 40 minutes in the mall (not hard to do with canadian tire there) and came back, picked up my phone, paid and went home to find my aux cord working like new. Didn't have any trouble, people there were nice, didn't break the bank. If I have any other phone issues, I'm probably going to check in to these guys first. Thanks for the help guys!

Be very cautious buying cellphone cases from here, cause they do not provide exchanges. While many other reputable cellphone case stores provide atleast exchanges and big box stores actually provide full refunds.
I don't recommend buying cellphone cases from this store. Shop elsewhere.

The best place in the city to fix your Iphone and get brand new phones. The brother who owns the spot has been the best technician I’ve ever seen in Ontario. In Alberta that position belongs to Frank.
