Centaur Accounting Inc.

Took tax packages in in February, and are still waiting for returns to be filed (Oct. 7th today)

I have been using Centaur Accounting for many years and always with fast turnaround and helpful friendly staff. This year seems so different. I've had my file with them since March and it is still not complete. I have written several emails asking what the hold up is. I've gone there in person to find out and Jo Ann has all but disappeared and the staff do not know how to respond to me except to say "your file is on Jo Ann's desk waiting for her final approval". Three + months! Maybe she's going through something but please advise the clients! Waiting and waiting and pestering and not getting answers is extremely frustrating!

I have been with them close to 15-20 years on a recommendation from a colleague. They really helped me out a couple years ago with my taxes.

Very slow turn around time, don't return calls, made promises for time frame that they didn't keep and lied about having things done.
