Worst doctor ever. I waited 3 hours with my crying 1.5 yr old yo be seen. My daughter had fever from last two days and i told him everything. He told me about OTC Meds but I couldn’t hear because of my daughter was crying. I asked him again and he said USE YOUR COMMON SENSE. He was cutting me off while explaining the situation as well. I was with him for only a minute. That it and. He was ready to leave. Hospital management needs to take some action looking at all the bad reviews.
This clinic is poorly managed and they have horrible communication skills! My wife called this clinic during hours of operation 1-3pm. Receptionists never answered; went to voicemail where they state the hours of the clinic1-3pm. Left work early to take my sick son to the clinic (got there at 2: 15) only to be told by receptionist they’re not taking more patients. There was literally three people waiting in room and no where does it state on their hours of operation or on their voicemail that there’s a cut off time. Pathetic management on their part and I’ve never heard of a healthcare facility turning away patients until now. The least they can do is clarify to people what their “real” hours of operation are or do we have to start sending them our bills for lost income!
I will never come here again I’ve been here since before it opened at 10 am I waited all these hours to now wait in a little room now for more than 40 minutes So 3 hours with my grandson who has a bad cough
Yesterday I visited clinic for 2 prescriptions antidepressants and birth control. The doctor was very aggressive and rude towards me, irritably answered my questions, and zero attention to me as a patient who came for an antidepressant refill. Professional behavior including politeness and attentiveness to the patient, can not be expected; apparently, you need to pay extra for this in this clinic.
I brought my grandmother to the walk in clinic and when I went to pick her up she came into the car crying because of how rude the doctor was being to her, my grandmother is 74 years old and sick and stressed out and the doctor did not help with that one bit just added to her stress. My grandmother was in the room with the doctor, he was asking her questions and was going to prescribe some medication for her cold. My grandmother was already prescribed something else from a different doctor so she wanted to show him what the other doctor prescribed her. My grandmother says and goes to show him the medication she was prescribed then he interrupts her, and says “is that what I asked you about, repeat back to me what I just told you” mind you my grandmother is 74 years old with a hearing problem. She was shocked and so upset he was being rude to her for no reason at all. And it wasn’t just her he was being rude to he was being rude and blunt to all the patients. This is totally uncalled for and no one should be treated like they are nobody! I will be contacting the hospital and complaining about the doctor that was in that day. I have NEVER seen my grandmother coming out of a doctors office crying.
Receptionists were fine, nice enough. But each time I went to see a doctor here, they were incredibly rude, dismissive, speaking over me and then telling me I had attitude? Dr. Jyu was verbally abusive to the receptionists and Dr. Lalani (not sure how to spell) is incredibly rude. Would not come back. 0 stars.
The clinic was not busy when we stepped in. The receptionist very polite and caring. And then …we see this Dr, who is dressed so unprofessionally, no rope on, coming in the room. He gets in, no eye contact, no greeting, sits on the chair and asks my son why he is there today…. My son is explaining the reason, he describes him an antibiotic, a cream and out. He didn’t even explain to us what is the diagnosis, the symptoms or the time to expect to get better. I had to ask him two questions and the answer was ‘NO’…. On my way out I told the receptionist that I feel sorry for him. So, Dr or whatever you are, if you don’t like your job or helping people, make us a favour and stay home. As patients, we do have expectations from you. We pay taxes so you can provide the right services to your patients. You must be accountable, professional, caring, good listener and polite.
DO NOT GO HERE! The doctor does not care or look at the patients properly. He told me I got a tick bite and gave me antibiotic. I felt even more sick after taking it for 4 days. Decided to go to my family doctor and was told I don’t have a tick bite! In addition, the antibiotic he prescribed wasn’t even the one that they normally use to cure ticks. He spent less than a min to talk to me. Terrible!
Clinic opened at 5pm. Booked in, saw Dr, had xray taken, saw Dr again for results, received prescription, out by 6: 30. Very efficient, everyone very friendly.
I don’t who hired such an incompetent receptionist. I should’ve read the reviews before going. All most all of them mention a rude receptionist. And for management’s reference: she is middle age, brown/blondish hair and she seems South Asian. I hope they take action because it seems like a habit and not bad day or mood related issue.
Went in at 2: 30pm and the secretary said they were closed because they already had too many patients.closing time is 9pm! Waiting room was not completely full, how can they already have 6hrs of patients.she was rude on top of it all!
The doctor was in hurry. I told him that i have cold, fever and pain in my throat for 6 days and the doctor refuse to check my throat and my temperature. He just prescribe me antibiotic without even asking me if I have allergie.
VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST! I took my 2 years son today, Tuesday, October 15,2019 at 7: 15pm. Had a horrible experience, just wanted to leave the place right away! There are so many walk in clinics - avoid this one if you can. Receptionist need CUSTOMER SERVICE training - should learn how to talk to patients calm and politely. Will never go back! Bad name for this hospital
Had a sign on the door saying clinic closed an hour before their advertised closing hours. Don't commit what you can't deliver. This is supposed to be after hours clinic and most patients are coming after work. Show a bit of respect and empathy to the patients as they are paying your salaries.
The Doctors here are very good, the receptionists are very friendly and they are very thorough with call backs when necessary. Wait times can be long sometimes, and they do close the door early on occasion if they have reached capacity, so it's better to arrive before 7 just to be sure.
Called to ask about wait times and the lady on the phone just shouted at me that they were already closed. It fully says 8: 30 pm on the website while the time was 7: 30 pm. Whoever is working there today is rude and shouldn't be dealing with patients in the first place. Imagine all the poor elderly people who have to deal with this horrible behaviour. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. You're better off going to the emergency.
If you’re looking for a doctor to tell you to go see your family doctor, this is the place to go! Like hello, we’re here because we can’t see our family doctors soon, that’s why people go to a walk in clinic!
Do NOT go to this clinic. It seems as if your treatment is completely dependent upon which doctor happens to be there and if you get the bad one, you are completely wasting your time and prepare to be disrespected.
My boyfriend went to this clinic after burning his hand. When he got there, he was told it would only be 30 min but the staff neglected to mention the doctor was not even in the building. The doctor came late and it was nearly 2 hours before my boyfriend was seen. When he finally got to see the doctor, the doctor was incredibly rude to him, did not communicate with him about the severity of his burn or what to expect/look for in terms of the healing process. Ultimately he just told my boyfriend to take some pain medicine and told him to leave. Not only is this horrible in terms of bedside manner, but I believe it to be negligent in terms of care. The burn was pretty severe and yet no bandages or suggestions for proper care were given. My boyfriend would have been better off just asking a pharmacist what to do rather than waste his time at this horrible clinic. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC.
