$395 for a visit to come and check a window! Maybe there are window companies with better pricing scheme around Ottawa and that wish to assist?

Excellent service for replacing sealed glass units. Jordan and Tony did the installation quickly and cleanly, very professional.

Unfortunately my home had a broken window, but fortunately Jordan and Tony were able to come quick to repair the glass. Centennial Glass was able to put in a temporary window within hours (on a holiday Monday) of the window breaking and then installed a permeant new window a few short weeks later. Jordan and Tony completed both jobs and were fabulous. They installed quickly and cleaned up the area they were working in spotless. The administrative staff that assisted with the scheduling of services and quote were wonderful as well. I would 100% recommend!

Worked with the online chat service on their website, had a quote within an hour and picked up a small custom cut piece of glass for my son's school project an hour after that. Was met with a friendly smile. They made the entire experience easy and the price was less expensive than me buying glass or plexiglass from a box store and attempting to cut it to size. Thank You

I had two windows replaced on the third floor of and older home. An excellent job by Jacob and Liam. Every step from the estimate, ordering the windows and having the installation done, billing and payment was excellent. There was a minor issue with a window lock that had cracked in transport. I was not billed until the replacement lock was in place. Jacob and Liam were professional courteous and took pride in doing their job well.

Centennial makes it right

I took 2 screens to Centennial for replacement repair. One was a simple vinyl window screen and the other was a screen to a Napoleon gas fireplace made of aluminum.

The window screen looked very good when I picked it up. The fireplace screen was a different matter, and I noticed that the screen was somewhat loose with some bulges.

I put a voice mail into Centennial stating my dissatisfaction, and they could not have done more to try and make it right. They were very apologetic, and even kicked in a $25 Timmy's card. They redid the fireplace screen and even delivered it to my house. The work was excellent.

The mark of a good company is not only doing quality work, but also making it right when something goes wrong. Good work Centennial on both fronts, and I would use these guys again

We were patient with another glass company (arranged by our contractor who broke our patio door) while they delayed and gave us the run around, for EIGHT MONTHS, without completing the job. At that point I told my contractor I was calling Centennial Glass, CG. In less than a week, CG came ont and measured the door, ordered the glass, and installed it - all in less than four weeks, and under the cost of the estimate. Appointment times were honoured, and the final install was a day earlier. Thomas and Dylan were efficient, quick, and friendly. Good ambassadors for Centennial. Any and all glass needs in my home from this day forward, will be done by Centennial Glass.

Thomas and Dylan arrived at our home, on time, exchanged our giant mirror without damaging any cabinets, counters or anything, cleaned up after themselves. Took the old mirror off the wall in a single piece and replaced it with the new one. All done in 1/2 hr. Polite, friendly service could not ask for more.

We could not be happier with the service we received from the sales and service team at Centennial! The installers were very pleasant, arrived as scheduled, and did an excellent job on our custom glass shower and closet doors.

I had Centennial Glass do a custom shower glass for my ensuite and a mirror for the powder room in August 2022. The lead time for both items was reasonable and so was the price. There were a few issues with the shower glass install. However, Peter (my sales rep) was very quick to get staff back to the house to fix these and the shower looks great. The powder room mirror unfortunately came in scratched. The installer took it back and a new mirror was ordered and came in quickly for install. Overall, pleased with Centennial Glass and would recommend.

I needed a custom mirror cut for a deadline project that I was working on this weekend. The team at Centennial was SO helpful. They agreed to do the job for me very urgently, and the overall price was extremely reasonable. They were kind, professional and efficient, and the entire thing took less than 10 minutes to organize over the phone. I am so pleased – they totally saved my project. My experience with this company was fairly negative and I hadn't even bought anything yet. I asked for a quote for two mirrored walls in our basement gym that was being set up, and at first I was very impressed with the responsive service. I was provided with a quote that was competitive and comparable to other businesses I had contacted in the area. However, I noticed some things wrong on the quote, such as incorrect quantities and measurements. I asked the staff member to confirm this quote was correct, and she told me that it was. I was told the next step would be to have an estimator come to our house to measure and provide a final quote.but first, they wanted a 75% deposit. I was not particularly comfortable paying a deposit of that amount via e-transfer without a firm quote. I also found this a bit odd because all other businesses I had contacted for quotes offered free on-site estimates. When I went to confirm the deposit amount, I was then told I was sent the wrong quote initially.and the new quote attached was approx. 2.5x the original amount. Far and away the most expensive quote I had received from any mirror/glass company in the area. Like not even in the same ballpark as the other quotes. So we have decided to take our business elsewhere, but I felt like sharing my experience since the process of just getting a quote was so poorly handled.even after I had pointed out that the quote looked incorrect and I was assured it was accurate. I can't speak to the actual quality of their work because they lost our business before we could get that far, but to any potential customers, make sure you shop around for quotes and make sure the information provided by Centennial is 100% clear.

After having a lot of difficulty even getting a competitor to even come for a quote on replacing two custom thermopane units, I reached out to Centennial. A fast turnaround time on the in-person quote and eventual installation would absolutely lead me to recommend them for similar jobs.

I purchased custom mirror closet doors and they were originally installed on Wednesday. By Saturday, something was wrong. One door was not closing right and it was also not sliding back and forth correctly. I contacted Centennial Glass and spoke to Alex who sent over Davin. Davin was professional and fixed the problem very quickly. He also took the time to explain what was wrong. It is important to note that I ordered custom mirror closet doors for my daughter's room in the summer and Davin was the one who installed them and they have been perfect ever since with no problems. Kurt and Boris installed a new basement window for me. A lot of going inside and outside, up and down stairs. Very tidy, virtually no cleanup to do after they were done. Sealed the exterior very well with caulking. Beautiful job!

Centennial Glass replaced the glass in a patio door and in a window which had been fogged up with moisture. The technician Thomas exhibited great expertise and knowledge in replacing the glass. It was very impressive how Thomas knew exactly how to carry out the work in short order. Thomas is exceptional.

These guys showed up exactly when I hoped they would. And, they helped me do stuff that wasn't their job. E.g, unfortunately, I didn't realize my gazebo would be an issue as my condo only told me they needed inside access.and these guys wasted no time offering to help me move my stuff. That's definitely not their job and they were super kind and courteous about it.
Anyway, I enjoyed these guys from the very beginning. Very friendly and trustworthy aura, clean uniforms, kind demeanour, professional attitude, groomed and presentable, etc etc.
Overall, 10/10. I really hope that there's an incentive when the guys are mentioned in positive reviews, because these guys were beauties. I'm a manager at a service company and I often do the hiring and screening, and I know that it's not easy to find good-natured individuals like this these days. I may have to slip them a business card.

Davin was friendly and helpful. He offered some tips for window care and showed my husband how the window was constructed and how it worked. He was a pleasant fellow to have come and visit. He was quick and efficient. Centennial Glass is lucky to have him as an employee.

My husband and I are in the market for a new front door, so today he stopped into Centennial Glass to see what was available. He spent 15 minutes in the store, looking at samples and trying to catch the eye of a salesperson. Neither salesman approached him, although there was only one other customer in the store. One looked at him but then looked quickly away. We will not be spending any money here, nor will we ever go again. Very disappointing, as we like to support local businesses.

This was my first experience with Centennial Glass and it was easy and seamless form start to finish! I had a mirror door I needed replaced for a medicine cabinet. I asked for a quote on the website late afternoon, heard back the next day, dropped off the other mirror door to match (*with contactless drop-off service), and it was ready that day. A lovely person named Kim was very helpful and communicative over email, and was very understanding when I forgot to ask for a handle on the mirror! They solved the problem quickly and kindly! Whatever glass or mirror needs you may have, I highly recommend them!

Stephane installed the glass around our shower base. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We had installed the shower base ourselves and it was less than level which provided an added challenge for Stephane. He put in a very long day but was not satisfied until the installation was perfect. We have been totally satisfied with our experience with Centennial Glass from our initial inquiry to the finished product. We do not hesitate in recommending this company.

I was shopping for new mirrors for our new home and kept finding them online. They had the best selection of mirrors on their website. After I found what I really liked, I stopped into the showroom on Industrial, and they had the mirror I wanted on the wall, and it was very well priced. I was really happy with the service, and they took the time to walk me through options and explained to me how to hang the mirror on the walls. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

I ordered a six foot square replacement window pane for the centre of our large picture window. It had been fogging and showing lines of wet in between the thermal glass. Alex worked on our job. Another fellow came out to do the measurements in December and the glass was ready in early January. Our first installation date was canceled due to being short staffed. That didn’t bother me in the least because it was during COVID so I appreciated that they were accommodating staff, and rescheduled for the following week.
Davin and Kurt showed up on time and worked efficiently to remove a very poorly installed window that was quite difficult to remove, with the least amount of mess. They worked carefully, quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. They were also very personable. I was very happy with the service.
After having a significant home renovation and seeing lots of different tradespeople, I am very appreciative of good work. I was given the impression that all of the employees were aware that they were representatives of their company.
I will go to Centennial for any future glass work and won’t hesitate to recommend them to friends. Well done!

Started with my business and furthered that relationship with work at home. Always had exceptional service and quality workmanship. Their after service is excellent as well. Whether it was replacing our front window at the store In the middle of the night after a break-in or warrantying a small rubber seal on our home shower, they consistently come through for their customers.

We needed glass barriers and sneeze guards for our offices, and we went to Centennial Glass after finding everything we needed on their website. Super easy process.

The Centennial Glass team were professional and trustworthy. I needed them to replace a fogged window. The quote for the repair was fair for the quality of the material and service I received.

I needed one window pane replaced 1 and a half months ago. The first day they required full payment which I thought was strange. They informed me that a technician would call me to setup up a measurement appointment. After a week I received no call so I had to call/e-mail them to see what was going on. He finally came two weeks or so after I paid the full amount. Then nothing for about a month left phone messages and e-mails finally I got through and spoke to someone. When I spoke to him and introduced myself he answered and I quote "Ya? ". I found that answer quite unprofessional and he saw that I was not happy so he transferred me to another representative. I also told that person that I was not happy with the level of service. I did finally get an e-mail this week saying that they are still waiting for the replacement widow pane but it' now been six weeks. I never complain about a company in fact I try to always acknowledge a good service person with their bosses. I will never deal with this company again also I think their prices a high I should have shopped around.

Centennial Glass replaced the windows at our cottage. It’s located up in the Ottawa valley, and we thought it would be difficult to find a window contractor. Working with Centennial was surprisingly easy. We are very happy with them and the professional installation.
