Centennial Medical and Walk in Clinic

I joined the practice 3 years ago. There has been changes with drs coming and going but i have no complaints. I have received great services from my doctor

I read the reviews before I called the office today and was a little concerned. When I called I had to leave a message. I received a call back within 25 minutes from a very pleasant, helpful gentleman. This experience was the complete opposite of what has-been posted by others previously.

I came today and the guy with black uniform he not nice with patient and so rude I recommend not everyone go there

1 star solely due to the admin and reception staff Dr. Ibrahim has. This lady is rude, unprofessional, condescending and frankly unethical. I am not sure if she has any medical background but she brushes off any concerns and I am scared for my and my family’s health as I do not know if she relays messages to Dr. Ibrahim. I wish I could change family doctors for this reason however given the short supply of family doctors this leaves pretty much all of her patients stuck with putting up with this behaviour.

This receptionist will be ANGRY when she picks up the phone. She has no compassion and is looking for reasons to fight back with patients. As all the other reviews mention she is just horrible. As a registered nurse myself I cannot fathom how someone like her got hired and is allowed to work in a Health care setting and be the first point of contact for patients trying to access their family doctor.

Every time I need something from MY FAMILY DOCTOR I try to put it off as much as I can knowing I will have to interact with her. It is unsafe for Dr. Ibrahim to have her working for her. She should be reprimanded and an investigation should be done on her behaviour.

FYI if you’re thinking of this clinic/family doctor rethink it until things change.

The receptionist is awful, She acts as some type of superior gatekeeper. She is very reluctant to schedule a phone appointment with Dr. Abraham and she has little to no compassion. She is very condescending and her people skills are atrocious. There was one instance where we had a bit of an emergency situation and she was very reluctant at getting me any help. I had to call back twice to the point where I was begging. I have spoke with this receptionist three times and every time I speak with her she has been nothing but really nasty and wouldn’t give me her name and hung up on me. Because of this I will be switching doctors.

Dr. Ibrahim is great, but lately I have been having problems with some of the female reception staff… it really shouldn’t take any more effort than normal to be compassionate and decent with patients over the phone. These are challenging times for everyone, at least have a little bit of grace when speaking to others…

I have been a patient with Dr. Ibrahim since I was 13. Im now 25. Shes an incredible person. But her staff is terrible. I've never had a problem until Desiree left. The new secretary is always so hard to deal with and even laughs at you when you're clearly frustrated. I've updated my info with them. For them to just turn around and lose it and not contact me about anything. Dont waste your time. I cant wait to have a new doctor that has a caring staff and who actually do as they say they're going to. I've been out of pills for three days because they don't pay attention to their fax machine. MY PHARMACY contacted them to get my refill and they never sent it. Only for me to call them and ask for it to be sent. And they send it to the wrong pharmacy. I LITTERLY GAVE THEM THE FAX NUMBER OVER THE PHONE. And she still sent it to the wrong one. I had to call back just to have the secretary be sassy and short with me over the phone. I had to repeat the fax number to her again after she stated i never gave it to her. Like I said Dr. Ibrahim is a good person. But she needs to work on her team. BIG TIME.

This is a great place. I visited the walk-in clinic for some urgent treatment. Great people. Very little waiting time and Walking clinic doctor Nagaram is most caring doctor I ever seen. He took his time to examine me in depth and checked every minute detail of the problem. I really appreciate his knowledge patience and caring.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ibrahim for many years. She is truly a very caring doctor. Both of my older parents have been going to her from when she started at Grimby. We are very glad that we have her as a physician. Her new clinic is great.

Honestly the best walk in clinic. Went in and was seen and diagnosed within 10 minutes. Doctor also didnt rush me and treated me like normal. Highly recommend compared to the other busy offices where they brush you off.
