I am so grateful for Dr. Yim & Dr. Lee! I was absolutely terrified to get my wisdom teeth out. I had been waiting over two decades and had consultations with multiple surgeons but never trusted any of them. Dr. Yim was so great and made me feel safe. After my surgery I had a normal complications and Dr. Lee and his team in Bellville were so empathetic and kind. They fixed me up and made me laugh and sent me on my way. I highly recommend the Kingston or Bellville office!

I had a wisdom tooth taken out, and the tooth next to it. I’m terrified of the dentist and had it done with only freezing. I felt nothing, everyone was super nice. 10/10 would recommend.

Apparently if you have mental issues this place will not help. Had to cancel appointment now they won't re-book me.

Showed up for a morning consultation, got sassed by the receptionist that I missed their call to change my appointment last minute. They then told me they can get me in, but made me wait a full hour in the waiting room, then another 20 minutes once I got in.
Most importantly, the dentist showed up late, examined ANOTHER PATIENT'S X-ray thinking it was mine, then got defensive and said he was going by what he saw in my mouth directly. Instead of apologizing for breaking another patient's confidentiality. Really; I was flabbergasted.
Then they charged me full price for my ridiculously unprofessional consultation. I honestly don't want to be put under anesthetic with this kind of lack of care to detail.
Place really needs better management or something, I don't even know. I know people who have went there to have their wisdom teeth pulled and had no issues (including my brother, and my dental hygienist), but I don't trust them an inch, and I don't really want to pay them any money after my own experience.
Especially after breaking patient confidentiality and being defensive about it.

Had my wisdom teeth removed today. I apperntly was not having a good time and cried the whole time. Nurses Jamie and Carol were AMAZING and helped me through everything. I would like to give a special thank you Jamie for sitting for me as long as I needed to calm my breathing and crying to stop. 1010 recommend coming here as their staff will go above and beyond for you! Specially for anyone who may have dental anxiety!
