Phil's recommendation that we consider an oak stain for the inside of the fibreglass door was a great idea! The finished product blends well with the oak trim and the closet doors. An excellent match!

Jeff and Matt did a great job installing the new door. Professional, efficient, attentive to detail and a good team. The fit is perfect and their work was seamless! Thanks for a job well done!

The door plugs for the outside frame that were sent with the door were the wrong color. Rather than installing the plugs that were sent with the order, Matt and Jeff assured me that Centennial would attend to this detail.

The installer, Matt T.was great- very friendly and did a good job. Knocking off a star because I can't believe how much it costs to replace a couple of doors. It was way more money than we ever wanted to spend and it was the best deal in town.

I was in the market for new windows. I had the sales man come out to my house and measure which windows I needed replaced. He wanted to know which other companies I had quotes from and proceeded to tell me how expensive their windows are compared to other window companies in the area (and how cheap the competitors windows are) After verbally giving me my quotes he asked if I was ready to book on the spot and I declined as I am not the sole owner of the home and would need to discuss such a large purchase. The sales man looked like he has never encountered a situation like this before as he paced my kitchen making me very uncomfortable. He refused to leave a written quote and he told me he isn’t into chasing people down to order. If I want windows I could contact him. Thankfully he left his business card so I can use it to warn other not to use this company. Very unprofessional and cheesy pressure sales tactics. Don’t waste your time. There are plenty of other more professional companies out there.

Just had all new windows installed by Josh and Scott and I couldn't be happier! They were polite, professional and very knowledgeable! 10 out of 10! Would highly recommend!

The installers were great. They were very polite, great workmanship and cleaned up very well after the job was done.
Put they were not given all the info they needed before coming out. They had to borrow a ladder and planks to be about to put the one window in and did not have a good enough table saw to re install my trim. I was told by the salesman that if I removed my existing trim that they would reinstall it. The people that measured for the windows were off on their sizes so my existing trim had to be cut down. Not only that, my blinds that were custom made had to some how fit the new size window. I spoke to the sales person who told me that I would get a credit for having to rework the trim myself but I haven't seen that yet. It may still be coming.

This is our second time having windows installed by Centennial Windows and Doors. The installation process once again was fantastic. Doug and Paco were on time, efficient, and left the work areas totally clean. The installation is solid and the windows are great.

Had a sales rep come for a "quote". Spoke highly of their company of course but trashed competitors. Refused to give me a quote or price for the installation. Said he would come back when i was ready to book but wouldn't tell me how much the installation was going to cost. Wouldn't give me any sort of pricing to compare to the current quotes i had. Email head office as i was sure this could not be how business was done and was rudely told "we don't do quotes" DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Great windows and even better customer service. I purchased a home with Centennial windows that were a few years old where one of the windows failed and required a full replacement. Centennial honoured the lifetime warranty, had a brand new replacement window prepared in 4 weeks that fit perfectly and was installed immaculately by Ryan. The first and only time a tradesperson actually said "it will be like I was never here" when he left - he was efficient, courteous and cleaned up afterward. Very impressed - can't ask for more. Will look forward to buying new windows from Centennial!

Everyone on the Centennial team, from the sales person to the installers, did a great job. Not unexpected; we've been Centennial customers for more than thirty years. Special mention goes to our installers, Mike and Colin. This was a large, two-day job. Of course the installation was done well, and Mike and Colin were courteous, friendly and professional throughout. We are very pleased.

We were trying to get some warranty work done. We phoned. Randy came. As it turns out of all the windows that require repairs on the house, NONE are Centennial (5 of 9 windows were installed by Centennial). Lousy for us. Very impressive for Centennial. We thought that kind of quality deserves a review. If this was my house the rest of the windows would be Centennial too.

Got my overpriced windows from Centennial a year ago not happy with their quality anymore but the biggest disappointment was the company they have hooked up with for financing is borderline criminal and the salesman says nothing about it I was told my final payment two weeks ago was 1503 in sixth sense I made that payment today I was informed I still owe $3,800 Centennial and snap financial both have stooped to new lows and I would avoid both like the plague thank you have a nice day

We purchased our front two door system in the summer of 2015. They were beautiful doors. The installers were friendly and clean. We appreciated the service and the doors appeared to be installed correctly. Unfortunately, as the seasons changed from summer, to fall to winter we noticed significant drafts, heavy corrosion around the hardware and stripped fasteners in the hinges. That's when our frustrating journey of dealing with their service department began.
The technicians arrived within a few weeks adjusted the hinges and replaced the weather stripping. Shortly after the service call a storm rolled through and it was obvious that the service call did not resolve the issues. We called back and talked to the same service lady. She claimed not to remember that we called a few short weeks ago and we had to explain the situation again.techs arrived a few weeks later and performed the same tasks, adjusted the hinge fasteners, swapped the weather stripping and attempted to plumb/centre our two door system.shortly after the 2nd service call, the temperature dropped and the wind picked up, typical Canadian winter weather. Can you guess what happened for the third time? Yes that's correct, corrosion and drafts. So much corrosion that they had to replace the hardware three times! Now this went on for 3-4 years, anywhere from 3-5 service calls per year, and yes each time we called the service lady did not recollect our previous service calls and each time we had to explain the history of our issues. Frustration soon set in at that point so I called the service centre again, the same lady would always answer, and i asked to speak to her manager. She told me that she was the only one in the building and no mangers were available. That didn't make sense that only one call person in a large company would be the only person on site. I pressed her and magically someone else appeared in the building. He claimed to be the VP of finance. He listened to our story and guaranteed that he would get someone to help us. He gave me his direct line and promised a phone call the next day from someone that could fix our issues. Do you think someone called us? Haha, not a chance. I called mister VP a week later. He had me hold on the line while he summoned the install manager. We didn't know it at the time but much to our chagrin, this is when we met Don.
This man claimed he had all the answers and will dispatch his "top tech" to solve the problem. Apparently he reserves his "top tech" just for these types of occasions. The tech arrived a few weeks later, executed his investigation and came to the conclusion that the doors were warped! Making it impossible for them to make seal. Wow! We finally found the issue and we were going to get it fixed! So they ordered two new doors and two new sets of hardware. The downside of this is that we had to wait 4-6 months due to supply chain issues.we were so relieved that we were going to get the doors we had purchased and they were going to function as they should. So the doors finally arrived and we setup an install date. Everything seemed to go smoothly, and we had our new defect-free door system. The birds were chirping and the sun was shining that day. Winter rolled in later that year and. Drafts and heavy corrosion once again! We called ol' Donny up and he said I'll send my "top tech" to have a look. A different tech showed up, hahaha. What do you think he told us? This set of doors are also warped! Another year goes by and a third door system installed. Drafts and corrosion persist
Don please explain why we can't get doors installed correctly? I swear this man has a rolodex of excuses in arm's length at all times. Here are a few:
- the doors you've selected are not rated for your area
- no other door installer would be able to install correctly
- I have the fix this time, it's a tri lock system but you'll have to lose your existing hardware
Oh by the way his title is Install Manager and says that he reports directly to the CEO George.

Had 9 windows installed by Nick Rigby & Adam Wade installers were very polite had the job done in under 2 days inside and outside looks awesome cleaned up everything no complaints on the install. Would highly recommend Centennial Windows

We love our new windows. Phil, our sales rep, was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Our install team of Henry and Nick were on time, hard working, respectful of our home. They cleaned up their area well and were careful around my plants outside. The completed the work on time and they were a pleasure to deal with. We love the warranty and even more they were a local company with manufacturing here in London. A quick check in before the work started to validate, prep, time of arrival ect.would have been appreciated, just to make sure there were no issues and set expectations for the start day. I did end up calling to make sure we were on track and they were very friendly and confirmed.
We are very happy and would recommend the Centennial products and team.

Sales and installation were great, love the new front door and windows, my only complaint is customer service afterwards. I find they don't show up when they're supposed to. Everytime you call you never get anyone as the machine always says we're experiencing a higher call volume than normal (why? Or are you just not answering the phone) so you can call back and just leave a message. Most people are calling when they have a chance, they can't talk anytime as we're working and can't answer our phones.

Door is good, window sucks MANY return visits from service men. NO reply haven’t heard from them, Best Warranty I Don’t think so. They Know they have to replace it again. Cannot repair

Henny and Nick arrived right on time yesterday morning and went to work. By the end of the day, they had removed our old windows and door, installed the new beautiful units from Centennial, clean up the site, wiped down the windows, and made our house look wonderful again. Thanks to both of them and Centennial for a wonderful experience from purchase to install, excellent work.

Spam callers have been calling me around dinner time repeatedly. I have told them I live in an apartment, I am on the Do Not Call Registry, and they still won't leave me alone. I've now filed a formal complaint with the DNC, and have reported them to my telecom provider, so hopefully that will be the end of it, but they have no respect for people's privacy. This speaks poorly of their business practices.

Doug and Paco did an awesome job on the install of our doors. They showed up on time and cleaned up when they were done. Doors look great. Our salesperson Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable. We recommend this team and will likely be calling them when we are ready for the windows.

I have just had 2 windows replaced by Centennial. These are custom windows for a 140 yr old house with an arched top to match the brick work and also sill replacement. Big job.
Jon and Rob did a brilliant job installing the windows.which included redoing brick work on the exterior and refinishing with custom trim on the inside.
The focus and work ethic of Jon and Rob was exceptional.

Worst service we've ever received from a trade.

Husband ordered in November, told us they'd install in February. In February they tell us they'll install in April. Come April 3 windows are measured wrong, the door isn't even ready. All we got from the company was a text to say they'd come install in April. Took multiple calls, and almost two weeks to hear when the windows that were measured wrong would be installed. One of the windows wasn't even what we ordered.

You'll have a better chance getting a-hold of a brick wall than this company. Took months to hear from a manager. No discount offered at all.

Would not recommend this company to our worst enemy.

Just had three windows replaced. They were installed by Dan and Hugo. I cannot commend these men enough. They were extremely hardworking, polite and timely. Wonderful to see such a good work ethic. Thank-you Dan and Hugo. It was a pleasure to meet you!

Jon & Robbie did a great job replacing my mom's windows. She was especially pleased with the clean up and that they re-installed her plant brackets between the frames. Nice guys doing a great job

Before considering Centennial please hear my story.

Product Quality:
The windows themselves are poorly manufactured, either rushed or amateur work.

Installation:
Installation was a complete and total nightmare. The first crew they sent was as bad or worse than you could possibly imagine. I had to call them out on shoddy workmanship and dishonest practices. I call Centennial and did not get any response until I send the original crew away on day 3 of a 1.5 day (quoted) instal. They sent a new crew who showed up unannounced that I would call "good by comparison" but the first crew had done such a bad job that even a great crew couldn't salvage it. They had to send another 2 people (so 4 total) because the initial installation was such a botch job. They got the job done but just well enough. It was a major hassle for my family and I.

Conclusion:
I would give zero stars if possible. Had I not been paying attention to the first installers and done a lot of quality checks during the install who knows what kind of work I would have been left with. There really needs to be some sort of quality oversight. Based on my experience and what I paid relative to the other quotes I got I wish I went anywhere else.

Just had 5 basement windows, 2 doors, and 3 screen doors installed. Awesome guys. Very personal. Very clean work. Warranty is second to none. This is the second time I have used centennial. They cost more but, their service and replacement parts, for free, is untouchable.

They came out to do a quote and because I didn’t have “stock” windows wouldn’t even call me back with a quote. Very rude and inconsiderate. They have more work than they can handle so do NOT expect any customer service

I am really upset of this company. We signed a contract in February for our doors. We were told they will be ready for install in May. I emailed centennial windows and doors about a month ago. I was told it would be 12-15 weeks. I responded is that from the original order date or as of today. Still haven’t received a response. I also contacted the install people and they are not returning my calls (very frustrated). All I am asking for is a date for install. If I would have known it would be this much of an issue to contact me and give me a better idea as to when they will be installed, I would have went somewhere else. We haven’t put any money down so we still may choose another provider. I guess $10,000 isn’t worth their trouble.

We called to get a quote for a new entry door and window package and Phil came over and was great at explaining the different options. We had several quotes from various companies and his offer was very competitive in price and I liked the fact they make, sell and install the products. Several months later when it was ready to install (we knew it would take a while when we ordered it), Jon and Robbie did a great job installing it. The install went smoothly and looks great. The checklist at the end helps make sure nothing was missed. We are very pleased with the whole process from start to finish and would recommend them to others.
