Centennial Windows & Doors

We had all of our windows and doors replaced by Zac and Taylor over a span of 4 days. They did a fantastic job in our house and we are very pleased with our new windows and doors. Both Zac and Taylor worked efficiently and always cleaned up their work area. They were courteous, well mannered and communicated well about the process. We felt very comfortable having them in our house.

We got a double door installed and it looks amazing. Thank you to Taylor C for helping with the instal. Professional and friendly.

Great product with no fine print warranties, but best of all AMAZING installers and workmanship. Zac G & Taylor C arrived punctually in the morning, accessed the job of replacing both front and back doors. With work mats laid out the job site was always kept clean with a final sweep when the job was complete. I can say enough about these two gentlemen, thanks for your professionalism on a job well done. We’ll see you hopefully on my next project with replacing windows.

We had all our windows and our front door replaced. Amazing shopping experience, amazining windows, but the best part was the installation team: Zac Gannon and Jordan S.did such a great job. It was much better than we were hoping for!

We recently purchased and had windows installed by Centennial. The installers Zac and Jordan were pleasant to deal with, clean and efficient at their job and just all round nice guys. The gentlemen who had originally sold us the windows, Sean, also showed up during the install to ensure we were happy with the product and the workmanship. This was second time we have had a Centennial product installed in our house. This wont be the last. Great job on the installation and customer service. We are very pleased with our Windows and Door purchased and installed by Centennial.

We two windows replaced and a new one installed, along with a new front door. Adam and Nick did a superior job - showed on time, were very neat and professional and clean up after themselves. We will use them again on our next project.

Had the pleasure of working with Centennial just this past week. We have an older home that required a total of 4 bay windows, 2 normal windows, a sliding glass door and main entrance door. All were installed within one day with the final touches being completed the next morning. All top quality workmanship by Jeff, Mat, Brayden & Matt. They were on time and extremely efficient. Answered questions as required and were pleasant throughout the entire experience. I would recommend to anyone and already have. Well done!

Shawn and Chris finished installing our windows and doors today and they did a beautiful job. We have two incredibly beautiful doors, and they tackled our difficult windows. Our windows and doors look amazing, I cannot say that enough, I can't stop looking at them. They went above and beyond, were extremely kind and personable, they explained what was happening every step of the way. I highly recommend!

I am so pleased with my new window! The installers were quick and thorough and now I am enjoying the beautiful window and all the extra sunshine that now comes into my dining room ️

We are very pleased with our replacement windows. They look great, operate smoothly, and the double hung windows will be so much easier to clean on our second floor! Paul and James worked really hard for the 2&1/2 days they were here. They left the inside and outside of the house very clean and all garbage was removed. Very happy with the excellent products and installation! Thanks Centennial.

I ordered a sliding door from Centennial and the installation date kept moving. First it was moved because of Covid which I understand, but then the installers cancelled and it was moved twice more. Very frustrating because we only found out last minute. Also, afterwards we found out it was installed incorrectly. It has been months and I am still waiting for them to fix it under warranty. I also placed an order for windows but they changed the price on me 3 times after we agreed on a price and signed a contract. In the end I cancelled the job. I still had to follow up more than once to get my refund. Awful to deal with. Do not choose this company

UPDATE: It has now been months since the door was installed and still waiting on that warranty. They won't answer the phone or respond at all when contacted. The only contact I've received is right after I left this review. Warranty means nothing if they won't actually honor it.

Quality and professional job done by Zac and Jordan installing our basement door. Excellent workmanship is apparent. Definitely recommending to family and friends.

May 31,2021 two man crew Zac and Steve attended promptly and provided high quality service and professionalism. Installation was quick, no mess, very clean and tidy. Would hire these guys any day of the week. Cheers

Not the customer experience you’d expect when purchasing such expensive doors. After installation, the door handles were drooping even after the guy saying what high quality they were. Said he would have them replaced. Took forever to finally get ahold of someone at the office to schedule an appointment. We had already emailed and mentioned both handles were drooping and the door step flexed badly when you stepped on it. When the guy showed up he only brought one handle with him and said he’d tell the office to book another appointment and call us for the other issues. It’s been weeks now and we haven’t heard from them. So now it’s up to us AGAIN to chase after them for another appointment. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Just had our front door replaced.
I had the pleasure of meeting Zac and Jordan. They came removed the old door and replaced the new one in a very timely matter. Cleaned up when they were done and the front of our house looks fantastic. Love our new door. Highly recommend Centennial Windows & Doors. Very professional.

Excellent quality windows and the installers were very pleasant and qualified. They cleaned up so well you could barely tell they had been there! Very satified.

I guess it's easy to offer a "Lifetime Warranty" when you never return calls put in to your service department. I've sent both an e-mail and called in to get what should be a simple repair done, and it's been over a month and still no reply. Horrible service after spending thousands of dollars.

Can not recommend Centennial Windows and doors.

Install went great - crew was professional and did good work. New windows & doors (all but one window) are aesthetically pleasing. (which is why it's a 2 star review)
Except I have a window that will not close.

Called service - took 2 weeks for them to get a tech out, who made an adjustment, and it worked - that day.
Opened the window the next day, and it hasn't closed properly since.

Tech came back out (within a week this time), said the window was warped (hmmm - can we say QC failure?) and would need to be replaced, and he would have it expedited.
And the communication goes silent after that.

Over the past 10 days, I have left multiple voicemails, spoken with reception a few times (who keeps sending emails to service), sent emails myself to service - not a single peep out of them.

They claim to have "the best warranty in the business" - too bad they can't get customer service figured out.

Wishing I would have went somewhere else at this point.

This is my second time using Centennial, the experinence we had was great. We replaced our back windows on our house and the sliding door. The installers were amazing. Zak and Steve were professional and did an amazing job installing our purchase. We would love to have them back to install the rest of the window when we do purchase for the rest of the home.
We would highly recommend Centennial windows and doors to anyone who is looking for qualtiy and the best warranty out there.

We just had a bay window installed by Zac and Jordan, we love our new window. Again, Zac and Jordan did a fantastic job with the installation. They are polite, friendly and take pride in their workmanship. We are very satisfied with Centennial product and installation.

Had a few windows and door replace by Centennial last fall. My installers Nik and Erik were amazing! Centennial may be a little higher priced but you can't beat the warranty and professionalism of the installers.

Worst company ever.charged $7000.00 for 3 windows and 1 door in dec 2020.installers DAMAGED 2 window frames and the paint is peeling off
front door.have complained and sent pictures several times and they have done nothing! THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR WARANTEE! Would not post until i pushed a star.

We love our new door! Sean and James were friendly, polite, efficient and punctual. The install was seamless and they left everything in the same way as they found it, even put our door mat and sign back! Very happy so far!
