Avoid this place, especially if you have a modified or lowered vehicle. They will overcharge you and if there is an issue with parts, they will not return the parts to the supplier - bizarre. Lots of other options in the area.

Helped me with a tire issue on my equinox very fast. Chris helped and advised on my problems. I appreciate the fast work and the honesty from him.

I would have given zero but unfortunately that’s not the option. Please don’t take your car with them, they are just Money diggers or I would say thieves. A person standing outside literally warned me but I went ahead with my instinct and o am suffering now. They charge you furiously and then give you the estimate of $2000 in name of diff part malfunction. After the normal servicing, my car had a engine alert light so I went to show them the same. To my surprise, person said earlier they just did the maintenance check up and now I have to pay again for the scan check up. Totally rubbish as this happened just after 2 days of the service. I would request everyone to don’t waste your hard earned money and time here rather look for someone else. Thanks

This is for your reply- I do not even need a free scan from you guys because after doing the free scan, you will ask for hundreds of dollars. And you pride yourself for customer service? Haha that’s why you have most of 0-1 star ratings. Also I wasn’t driving for a week, better do the root cause analysis before saying anything. Brought my 2011 Kia Sportage in for a safety so I could sell it. Was quoted a lightbulb, rear wiper blade, and tie rod so it could pass safety.

When got the car back the entire radio unit had no power. I was listening to music when I pulled up to the shop. I took it back that same day and they hooked up scan tools and tested fuses and god knows what else.

They could not find the fault and stated that the radio just "died" took a loss on the sale and the new owner reports that since getting the car it constantly throws code P0106. I'm not sure what these guys did to my car or what setting they messed with but they took what was a daily driver for 8 years and never gave a moments bother and now it gives nothing but trouble.

I would highly avoid.

All I can really say about this place is that if you have a lowered car and is not stock do not go to this place because they are not experienced with those cars, def would recommend another place like superior auto and tires. In addition, they will give you the disclaimer beforehand which is good, but even if the job is not completed they will take your money regardless if they are not able to do it. I went the second time after I got everything fixed as they told me my suspension was not good. Got brand new on my car and still no guarantee. So if you go to this place, it is at your own risk. Good luck to everybody who needs to do a wheel alignment. I’m definitely not coming back as they cannot service lowered cars. Thanks for your reply. Yea I got everything fixed and they were more experienced-!: knew how to resolve the problem. The car I fixed after the first time yet you still could not do it. You definitely lost me as a customer because you lost my trust. You can say whatever you want but that just means the mechanic is too reliant on the machines and cannot assess the problems before hand. That’s all that means. Good luck with your business.

This shop is absolutely my go to place to have any repairs done on my car. The whole team is hardworking, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I know I can always trust Chris's work and his and his son's knowledge and understanding of every make and model is very impressive. I've had shocks and struts replaced with no complaints. Front and back brakes done a few times with no complaints. And I recently had alot of work done there including front brakes, a transmission flush, 4 new tires, a changed headlight (which required my 2013 Ford fusions front bumper to be removed, thanks Ford), a new battery, a new hose for the radiator, an alignment, and a new cable for the shifter on the transmission. Chris was even able to get my car to change gears to get it into the shop to save me on a tow truck bill because it wouldn't go into reverse or neutral. I needed my car back quickly and the whole team worked so hard to get it back to me as quick as they could. Chris even personally went to Ford to make sure that my part was correct to avoid any further delays after they sent the wrong part. I thank God for the work they do and the service and friendship they have always provided me. If you're looking for a reliable shop and a honest mechanic, Napa Auto Pro on McLaughlin and Eglinton is without a doubt a premium choice. I see a few 1 star review and I guess those are the ones you could never please and want something for free.
