Tiff, jess and christin were great sharing their experiences with me and helping me out through the whole process of purchasing my barber set and going the extra mile with excellent customer service. Mike, you are the man. Definitely my place to get barber tools from now one.

You must only deal with Mike not any of the sales girls.
I was very disapointed with the sales girl Christina who lacked basic customer service skills.wanted to buy a clipper and hear the sound before I bought it. It was a cordless clipper. I asked to hear it and was refused to be able to listen to it and so convincingly bought it. When I turned it on at home it’s sounds like a tractor and I left it aside. Paid about $300 for this useless product. Went back and tried to return it and was informed I could not. The same girl working tried to deny that she let me let listen to the clipper. I re- informed her that that since it was cordless and the battery would have had to be charged it was impossible that she let me listen. Later she agreed to her mistake and said there is nothing she can do. I have given this store business but after that experience and worst customer service I shall not return.
