Central Bolton Walk-in Clinic

Extremely rude and poor attitude from both receptionists and pharmacists at this clinic. If you're looking for a place that treats you with any respect, this is NOT the place.

My mom has been coughing for 8-9 days so obviously something is wrong. Even me, a non medical expert, can tell that without running any tests.

She goes to this clinic today, and the doctor tells her that there’s nothing wrong… she said “you don’t have pneumonia, come back if it gets worse”. What?

This is the state of the canadian medical system. Bonehead doctors that basically want you to be dying before they prescribe anything or be of any help.

I called to ask a question about a vaccine (if they do them at the clinic) as I need them for my job. The receptionist who took my call didn't say anything for almost a full minute, then when I said "hello" she yelled at me "YES". She then proceeded to talk over me and tell me " Who'll have to speak to the doctor" (which I know) but all I was looking for was a simple yes or no, She kept cutting me off and hung up on me mid sentence. I understand customer service isn't the most fun work but you should still be kind to people even if your a crabby person.

Full capacity an no more patients allowed.welcome to Canada where some healthcare may be "free" but good luck getting any within a month.

I have used this clinic several times in the last six months; it was simply impossible for me to get an appointment with my family doctor in a reasonable time (over a week or more). This clinic got me in same day and gave me fantastic service; the doctors are all friendly and kind and the front desk staff (who are SO busy!) are helpful and cheerful. Having the pharmacy inside the clinic is an added bonus. Highly recommended!

Very good experience, the receptionist very attentive and helpful and Dr very dedicated to her profession, this was my first experience with them and it was great, I could say that the Dr saved my two-year-old son from going to a hospital.

Excellent clinic with everything on the premises. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cannot praise Dr Umer enough. She is a dedicated and very knowledgeable physician who is caring and takes time with her patients.

Front people (receptionist) are very rude they are unprofessional, the way they talk about the patients are just crazy they have to be more respectful, polite.

Dr. Olupitan is Just an amazing Family Doctor! I have never seen a family doctor like her. She is so helpful and as always she finds the best way. I don't know how I can explain it, she is very professional Dr.in Bolton!
